    I am not pleased with the laptop nor Windows 10. The laptop continues to freeze multiple times an hour and so very frustrating. Each day something appears differently on how to access certain websites, etc. I have only had it for about 6 weeks and it has been this way from the start. I will be scheduling a GeekSq appointment to try and clear all this up.

    This laptop underperformed for me. With a few websites open, music player running in the background I noticed some lag. If you are looking for multitasking such as what I described above or gaming, video editing, etc. This will be a dissapoinment. I recommend going for higher specs. I like Dell products but this didn't cut it for me.

    My Dell laptop is wonderful. Boots up so quickly!!! Geek Squad did a wonderful job of transfer from my old computer.
