      @Stef - We're sorry to hear that the touchscreen function on your new Dell laptop is giving you issues. We'd recommend that you try some of the following tips to try to calibrate your screen:
      If you are having issues with your Touchscreen, this may include being unable to access items to the edge of the screen, for example, your screen may require re-calibration.

      Below are the steps required to calibrate your Touchscreen.

      1. Restart the Computer and the Monitor
      2. Recalibrate the touch-screen. Steps to calibrate touch-screen:
      3. Go to Control Panel and select Tablet PC Settings.
      4. Under Display tab, select Calibrate....
      5. Choose Pen or Touch input.
      6. Perform the point calibration that appears on the screen to correct the linearity problems.
      7. Save the calibrated data.

    Looked for a laptop for home and school use. I was told I was getting one with. DVD drive but got home to find this model didn’t have the drive. I have issues it’s a jumping cursor so I often end up typing in the middle of a paragraph. Other than those issues, I like the machine.
