Started an online RN to BSN program and needed a new laptop. This one is the perfect size, easy to take anywhere, and I love changing it to tablet mode to lay on the couch and scroll. Very pretty too!

This is good laptop for school. Really like the face recognition.

Great for going from job to job / meeting to meeting. Light and flexible. Storing work in the Cloud minimizes the need for a larger SSD drive. Without the clutter, it moves respectably fast.

Bought this for my daughter to use at Pharmacy school to replace a 15 in. Laptop that lasted 2 yrs. (Touch screen went bad) She loves everything about it. Has windows ink which is what she needed most. Very light weight which is a huge plus having to carry it to classes on a huge campus. Has a beautiful blue back-lit keyboard which is very easy on the eyes. And of course it's a 2 in 1 which is very convenient. I tried to go back a week later and buy a second one for myself but they discontinued them. So sad. She's had it over a year and it's still working like new. Hoping it lasts til she graduates in 2022. I highly recommend!

I have had Acer, Sony, Toshiba, and HP laptops but Dell has been the best for me. I am a student so I am using it everyday with no issues. Battery life is great and it charges fast.

Love the idea that it doubles as a tablet. Very versatile.

Super easy to set up and get started. We've needed a new laptop/computer for a long time. It's really fast. It was very easy to transfer our files from our old computer to the new one.

I use this primarily for college. Taking notes downloading material. I love he flexibility to having h be a touch screen or a lap top. This is also great for streaming shows and movies.

works like it’s supposed to, never fails. Battery life seems to really last compared to the Toshiba I had before this. I’ve had for a few months, travels easily, touch screen works.

I got this laptop on sale and for the price point it’s been good to me so far. I mainly use it to browse as well as edit pictures in photoshop and it works perfectly fine.

I wanted something with a touchscreen and a SSD to replace my old HP. It boots up super fast, the Face ID is awesome and the clarity of the screen is way better than my old laptop.

As a teacher of university students, it is very important for me to have an equipment that allows me to interact with several documents and work on several platforms simultaneously. I am truly fascinated with the ease that I can work with my new lap top. I am not an expert using new technology, so it was a very pleasant experience the ease with which I was able to start with this excellent piece of equipment and be ready for my classes in a matter of a few hours. I was very fortunate that the sales consultant in the store explained to me in detail and with great patience the advantages of my new DELL. I am very happy with my new lap top.

Wanted a 2 in 1 or laptop that is small and portable. One that would travel well. This one fits the bill. Not the best computer but great for what I need it for and for the price.

Fast, Light weight, enough space for keyboard, great for my husband. She is a teacher and use it Monday to Saturday, battery last all day. Great screen. Just not the best computer to edit videos...

If you are looking for a good, light laptop this is definitely one for you! It doesn't have a lot of storage space but if you do not mind getting an external hard drive then that won't be an issue.
