I am a lower-end user. I use it a lot for online tasks. I am very pleased with the performance, especially internet speed. It is the best quality at its price point.

I love that it is touch screen and the laptop itself is not huge and ya not too small. The screen quality is great! The fact that the keyboard lights up is awesome!

Laptop is light weight, easy to use, love the bright screen. Had office put on it and have used and liked it. Also it connected itself to my printer with ease.

It is fast. I like the solid state hard drive. However, you have to remember to save most of your files on a flash drive or an external hard drive.

I bought this after my old Dell crashed - it's been a great purchase so far. It's faster, lighter, and frankly, more attractive than my old laptop. The only thing I miss is having a full number pad on the keyboard, rather than using the keys above the alphabetical list. To be fair, I could have spent another $100 for that, but it wasn't worth it to me. I am not a "tech-ie" person, so for all others like me, this laptop is great for using word, surfing the internet, watching Netflix, and creating presentations for work - all at the same time!

A new lap top for a writer - and it's perfect! Plenty of speed and memory, but easy to tote around from place to place! Dell does it again!

Finally got away from my old desktop and am really enjoying having everything in a faster, compact and most importantly portable machine.

This computer does everything I want (touchscreen, windows ink, 2-in-1, SSD hard drive, etc.). My only complaint is that the battery life appears to go fast.

We had purchased another brand's smaller 3-in-1 a while back to take on vacations. It was a frustrating lemon. After several trips back for repairs, even though we rarely used it, we were offered store credit for the purchase price. So...we had a $279 credit, and threw in some more to upgrade to this Dell. I love it. The look of it. The feel of it. The keyboard. The responsiveness and power. It was worth putting up with the lemon because it eventually led us to this purchase.
