Bought this for school and it’s great for me so far. It’s very fast and I love the touchscreen.

This laptop is lightweight and feels nice both to carry and to use. The touchscreen and trackpad are both very responsive, and due to its SSD it boots up very quickly and has no problem switching between Office progams and the Web. For student note taking and usage, I highly recommend it. It is a bit more expensive, but it has an above average battery - I charge it maybe once every three or four days with moderate usage on Battery Saver.

I'm a stay at home mom and my laptop is used to keep my family organized, email, share photos, etc. and also for my kids to do homework and research. Sometimes I let them play games that require streaming and this computer does a good job with those games. It's touch screen is really easy to use and the programs I use load quickly. I'm sure this laptop is capable of much more than I use it for. I'm very happy with it.

Consistently good product for the price. Preferred more memory so bought the iCloud subscription. Excellent customer assistance in the store.

These headphones are amazing!!! I can barely take them off. The sound quality makes me feel like I’m experiencing a concert!! I’ll definit recommend these headphones to others.

This computer is just the right size for my workstation. My only complaints are that the sound volume is just barely enough to watch movies. And once every week or so the touchscreen doesn't work after it wakes up from sleep. It always resumes after cycling off and on again and I am pretty sure it is a software issue. I haven't had time to do tech support...

Love the versatility and ease of use. The battery life is not so great though. After a year or two, I started noticing that my battery would be low as soon as I turned it on. It starts to drain quickly after it is fully charged.

It is a very fast laptop, doesn't glitch. The speakers need to be improved.

I bought and returned 3 other laptops before I settled on this one.... It's the perfect size! It's small, It's fast, plenty of great features and easy to use. LOVE IT!

I purchased this new model from Dell based on the recommendations from the sales staff. Wish I hadn’t. We have had it only a couple of months and already it had to reset itself which caused us to lose a lot of apps and things. Having problems with malware even though we have McAfee loaded. Should have waited for the bugs to work out . before getting it. Another thing, face recognition doesn’t work well at all.

This is the best computer that I have bought from a store. It works so good. The speed of it is amazing. I hate buying computers that are slow. This computer is not that. If you click on something it immediately goes to whatever I clicked on. I am so glad that I paid the extra money that I didn't want to pay but it was well worth it. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

This 2 in 1 was for my daughter going to UGA. I'd done a good deal of research and was down to two three models by different makers. The associate, a UGA student, was incredibly helpful in helping me navigate those fine points that made a difference - what features were worth paying for and which weren't for a student's needs. Great experience thanks to the customer service.

We have owned Dell computers previously and they are still the best. Best Buy has a few good people working for them and I hope management can see this.

The laptop works well as a general use laptop. I wish it did not come loaded with mcafee because it is so hard to remove

I use this laptop to travel with. I am currently taking online college classes and classes dont stop because I am going out of town. It is light weight, fits into a small backpack so you can store easily under the seat in front of you on a plane. I have only one con and that has something to do with the power adapter. It doesn't always connect properly when you plug in to charge up. I have had to unplug it and plug it back in a couple of times on a few occasions. If the problem persists I will call Dell for a solution.

I was a former Apple Mac lap top user and hesitated to make the switch to a non-Apple product, but I'm glad I did! My Dell lap top works better than my Mac, it's easy to understand and use, not too mention the price is so much better than the Mac. Make the switch, you will be thankful you did!
