Fast Compact

I have been impressed by how fast it is. Especially at startup there is minimal delay between entering the password and access to desktop. It also loads web pages very quickly. Compact but keyboard is only slightly smaller than larger Dell computers. Great Buy!!

Nice, but...

I must say Best Buy's web site has not gotten any better and their rewards program is still poor. I liked it early on, but it's why I stopped shopping at Best Buy several years ago when they changed it. Nice place to shop, no endearing reason to return.

One of the best 2-in-i computers available!

I'm a Dell guy through and through for years and this is the best laptop I've had. It's quiet, fast, reliable and I have had ZERO problems with it. I will say, as all others have, battery isn't the greatest....but I have a charger at work and home and one for one the go so it hasn't been an issue for me.

Excellent laptop

Easy to set up, perfect storage space, excellent battery life, great size and affordable price. I would highly recommend this laptop. I just came on to order another one just like this for my sister but sad to find out it's no longer available. Anyone have any suggestions?

Went with the 8th gen i5 instead of i7 b/c recent benchmarks show them being really of no significant difference in performance so figure I'd save some $ on the i5. I bought and returned the previous generation of this laptop, the Inspiron 7000 with a 7th gen i5, and I returned it b/c there was something wrong with it. Not the case here. this generation inspiron is just so much better than the previous generation. it is super sleek and functional. It is stylish, has a nice weight in the hands. Everyihing works fllawlessly. The trackpad has a great feel to it. It is smooth and responsive. Man, I can't say enough how much I'm stoked with this purchase. So much better than the previous gen with the 7th gen i5. No complaints whatsoever. Also it comes with intel UHD graphics 620 not just HD and it is made for windows ink as well which is not advertised, but it is. It also features windows helllo. A great purchase at the price I got it. Even at the retail price it's still a good purchase. Dell got it right with this one. So did Intel. The Maxx audio speakers sound good, too, and the video pllayback is outstanding. So smooooooooth. The color is nice, too.

Love this laptop

This is a very portable laptop. I love the facial recognition, lighted keyboard, thinness, and keyboard feel. It has 2 USB, 1 USB-C, SD card slot, and an HDMI port. I slips easily into my luggage for travel as well.
