Nice 2n1. Love the back lit keys. Wish the batteries lasted longer, but I knew that going into this purchase.

I'm still trying to figure out Windows 10, but I do like my new tablet. My only "complaint"--it's very heavy.

While the computer had a premium feel, and good versatility and portability, it suffered from small storage space, loud and hot fans, and most importantly, short battery life. The battery would only last 1 to 2 hours, unrealistic for a college student studying computer science and for a general work day.

Just what I was looking for. It is a great replacement for my tablet and laptop. Easy to use and lightweight. Very quick and stylish.

The original laptop we purchased for our daughter to use through college died, twice. The Geek Squad was able to bring it back to life once, but when it started acting funny the second time we knew it was time to get a new laptop. I have had good luck with my work Dell so we went with this model. It worked flawlessly for my daughter. It got her the rest of the way through college and one semester of grad school and is still going.

My 11 year old daughter loves the laptop for home work. It is fast and easy to use. It has everything WE need for home use.

I was so indecisive about which laptop I wanted. I needed an up-to-date laptop for my school work. I had my previous one for almost 10 years which is also a Dell. I had no doubts that this new Dell would disappoint. However, it was an open-box deal and I was a little skeptical. Months later, the laptop is still fully functional and I do more than school work on it.I have not had any tech issues with it so far. I love it!

I’ve been very happy with this laptop as it can do everything school related for my daughter and business related for me.

Great little computer. The design is very high end. It's very light and feels sturdy, not plastic. It's easy to set up with Cortana, and super fast with the SSD. I touched and played with every 2 in 1 13 inch computer Best Buy had on display and it was the most durable one I handled. Great for students. Battery life so far has been about 6 hours for me just doing some browsing. I'm trying to drain it down before recharging to strengthen the battery, but I've only been using it for 2 weeks. I love it and would recommend it.

Bought just to use for schooling purposes and it does exactly what I need. Looks good and is fast.

I have been a dell fan for awhile now and this newest one is no disappointment. Its size and weight make it very transportable.

Bought this for my daughter to go off to college and use. She is enjoying getting used to this as each day she finds more things new.

I bought this laptop for my freshman college student. It has worked well for her and is very lightweight and easy to carry.

Geek rep did not know how to accomplish the features we purchased on the Geek service plan nor how to use the microsoft 365 program. When I called the Geek service manager back as requested, I left a message for him. No one got back to me. So frustrating, guess Best Buy is more concerned about a sale not service after the sale. Or maybe I should use the Geek Squad at our Palm Beach home rather than the Bridgewater store near our NJ home.

Compact, fast set-up, fast start up, love the keyboard - back-lit and that was very important to me. Not too much junk on it either!

We had our HP Tablet die on us for the second time and needed something to send our daughter back to college with while we try to get the other one repaired or replaced, we knew this was a slower processed but it feels like we went back then years. To top if off last week the speakers started to get all scratchy and now they won't work at all.

I got this computer as a upgrade to my Lenovo. Love the quick start up and the screen is excellent. Usually I have to wait ten minutes or so before I can get started but now I can start in seconds. SSD is definitely a welcome upgrade. The only con I have is that it doesn’t have a built in DVD player that why I gave this 4 stars but I have a external drive so it makes no never mind to me. Another great Dell product.
