I am a small business owner that typically has 10+ windows open at the same time. This laptop is small, but very responsive even while running several very large spreadsheets simultaneously. Added to that, I am blind and utilize a screen reader that typically slows processing speed significantly. This processor is very quick and quite capable for all of my tasks while running my screen reader. Don't let the small size fool you. It is easy to transport, but gets the job done.

I bought this for my son for college. It is fast and works well. It is the perfect size for toting class to class.

So far, we like this computer. It is light weight and seems to be what we were looking for. We did however, think it would be a bit faster and a little more user friendly. Also, little things like the sign-in options are driving us a little crazy. It never recognizes me and I have to wait for it to allow me to manually unlock. It is not a huge deal, but it is a bit annoying. Overall, I would recommend it.

Purchased for my son entering his senior year in high school, plans to take it away with him next year to college.

Love this laptop! It's so lightweight and compact. I love being able to nqvigate between the screen or the keyboard.

Looking at a 2 in 1 laptop is not an easy job, and you really have to read reviews. Fortunately I have found this DELL 2 in 1 which is sturdy in design but at the same time fit the size that I need (not too big for a laptop and not too small like a pad) and important thing are the ports available on this machine (USB, HDMI, Card Reader, etc). As of now, I am happy with the purchase and with the brand (coming from a competitor). Will use this I guess for years....

I was having a internet issue, called Best buy the Geek squad walked me through a couple things and nothing seemed tonnwork. They set me up with an appointment and when coming in they tried a few thongs and it seemed to work. Advised me of somethingsand told me to go findout what customer service could do for me, long story short I was able to trade it for the exact one and it works great.
