Awful computer

The battery went out on it after about a year of owning it. Here I am, a year later with the battery needing replaced again. Best Buy's protection plan takes forever for them to facilitate a repair. Also, when I sent it in the first time I mentioned that there was something wrong with the screen where it occasionally blinks and there's a random spot on it. They didn't even address that issue when repairing the battery, and with me being a full time student I didn't have time to send it back again. Other than the battery, the computer is alright. I feel like the trackpad doesn't always work as well as it should. I honestly think I received a defective computer.

Good for personal use

Fan makes lots of sound with just 2 apps running like FB and say another browser. I bought for a good deal and it was a open box. I would buy the latest models in case if i am going for the newer ones.
