Great look but too noisy

But gets too noisy too often, I can clearly hear the fan noise after 15 min watching Youtube/Netflix, let alone more heavy softwares. Considering the price, I would not recommend this. Maybe I'm too picky, but ended up returning it.

Great laptop for specs, but overheats

One is the sound system blew out a few weeks after purchasing it (bought it open box). I could not return it because of the 15 day policy. Also it overheats a lot which causes me to move it to a different surface when I am used to a chromebook that doesnt overheat on bedding or a couch.

Good laptop...although a bit heavy.

It requires a bit of study to make it a fluid experience. I'm still not sure about the 2 in 1 feature. The internal speaker is on the low frequency end, and most people would opt for using headphones to do any listening. Overall, it is a good computer.

Wife was assured that chromebook would do everything she needed. HAH Returned her chromebook for a Dell and the real troubles started.Transferring her sizable grouped contact lists took four visits but he got it done . Good thing we'd bought the $200.00 help contract.
