    I got this laptop on thanks giving of 2017 and this is almost 7 months later that I am writing this: one of the very sleek machines that you will find in best buy. Works amazingly and without a lag so far. The start up time (windows 10) is very fast and so is the shut down time. Very light weight to carry and has a good battery life (works for almost 5 hrs with normal usage).

    My Dell Inspiron is everything I hoped for and more. Features excellent and helpful. Coming from Windows 7 to Windows 10 requires I learn more. Always a good thing. Very pleased, bujt was scammed recently. Technician at Best Buy, Mathias was helpful beyond words. He deserves special praise and consideration for his expertise and helpfulness. He deserves a gold star!
