Great Dell product without breaking the bank. 2 in 1 and touchscreen features work well, as does processor. Battery life is not as advertised -or maybe my use is heavy, but I get about 4 hours before needing a charge.

Seems like a good performer so far. Salesman told me battery life for what I was using this for would be 6 hours, lucky if I get 3 1/2 to 4 hours, very disappointed.

This is a versatile laptop that offers a lot of bang for your buck! It has solid memory and processing speeds + the ability to flip for a more tablet-esque option. Size and weight make for easy transport, without compromising durability. On top of that, you get the quality of a Dell product, which can’t be beat.

I purchased this laptop for my wife who is somewhat computer challenged. She loved it from the start. Easy to learn how to get around, loves the touch screen and wireless printing function. She hates cords. It is light and easy for her to handle.

I had to review this one to let everyone know that it works great for my 1st year college kid. She uses it at home to watch Netflix and do her basic online homework and tasks. Internet is speedy and so is running local programs. The only small complaint I have other than an average battery life is that it does run just a little hot. Nothing you are going to cook a steak on but it feels warm. Its small size however makes up for the warm bottom. She didnt want to lug around a large 15". If you can swing the Intel chip I would go with it rather than the Ryzen. We had that model first and had to return it within a week.

This computer had everything I wanted. Compact and lightweight, quick response time, lighted keyboard, and tablet capability. I also liked the touch on the keyboard and the individual keys. It does not have a CD or number pad, but that was not an issue for me. The assistant is helpful.

I originally purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 which had a wireless connection problem so I substituted this Dell as a replacement. Performance of this Dell computer is awesome but my only complaint would be the overall size compared to the Surface. Both computers are about the same price, but this Dell weights a littler more and is thicker. This computer is used for personal business and travels with me and that extra weight and thickness is the downfall since I need to carry another laptop with me for work.

I bought for my wife, who needed a portable computer with an attached keyboard for word processing and Internet use. This does the trick. It's a secondary computer to our desktop, so it didn't need huge processing speed or memory. I wish the battery were better; it drains about like a typical cell phone during typical use. But my work-provided Dell, which is designed to be more powerful, doesn't last all that long on battery either. I got on sale at just under $700, so think it's been worth it for her needs.

Great computer. Very portable. Love the ability to use as a tablet. Love the touch screen. Very quick start up and great graphics

i wasn't sure if I needed the touch screen, but, oh my, what i wonderful surprise. That and the back-lighted keyboard make it a pleasure to set it on my lap or on a plane without needing a mouse or trackball. The SSD just supercharges the whole laptop experience.

I did quite a bit of research looking for a new laptop. I made a compromise on the processor (but it's still got an I5), but this checks all the boxes. Good battery life, portable, and powerful enough for my needs.

I am in love with this laptop!!!!!!!!!! It is so fast!!! At times when I have school projects, I have 8 websites open on both chrome and edge, multiple word documents and excel documents open, multiple pdf files open, and I promise you the laptop did not even lag once. I will definitely purchase this laptop again when its time for me to purchase another one. But.... THE BATTERY SUCKSSSS. Even with normal web browsing with no other programs or files open, the battery did not last over 3 hours.

I purchased this 2 in 1 for my granddaughter, age 13. This gives her the functionality of a laptop through Windows 10 and the convenience of a tablet-type writable surface. It has excellent inputs for USB-A and USB-C. Great for extra storage AND it features a 256 gig SSD (solid state) drive. It boots quick. Excellent product from Dell and priced right through Best Buy. Best Buy shipped it free in three days from the Fargo Best Buy store to my granddaughter's residence in Las Vegas. Just in time for Christmas!

I spent a few more dollars than I had hoped, but it was more than worth it. It is big enough to see well, small enough to be easy to handle. I use it mostly as a desk top with a wireless keyboard, mouse, and a separate monitor. But, when I travel or want to spend time in another room, it easily comes with me. I am not a "techy" but my son is and he recommended this computer based on performance, reliability, and overall excellence. Since people all over the country trust his technical expertise, I certainly do, too.

I had to exchange the original unit I got because after a few days, it wouldn’t turn on anymore. Thank you BB- I was able to bring it back for another unit. I opted for the same model. This second computer works great. No problems. Easy to use, compact, and fast enough for my needs. It’s just my personal home computer- I’m not doing anything fancy. Would recommend for a personal pc. I also got a really good deal around the holidays.

This computer makes it easy to sign documents on the go. I bought the bamboo pen with it to make it even easier.

Laptop worked as it should right out of the box however the combination of Dell software and Windows can get really confusing. It took longer than I felt it should to get it just right (consequently 4 stars not 5). Really love the size, light weight, speed and flexibility. It could easily take the place of my tablet. I use it on my desk with a 24" monitor which is easy on the eyes.

Required to have a “device” for high school. This one is as fast as Microsoft Surface, has as much memory & was much less expensive. Great buy. Only negative is that it’s a bit thicker & heavier. But otherwise son is very happy.
