    After searching many reviews for laptops, I choose Dell’s 2 in 1 Inspiron. Screen size is 13.3 inches - perfect for my at-home use. Also very slim and lightweight case makes it easy to transport. Has one USB type-C port (along with 2 USB 3.1) which was a selling point for me. Best Buy employee Ethan Coats was very helpful in answering all my questions.

    I wanted a laptop I could have on m lap board while watching TV, and this computer is perfect. It has the memory and speed to last for years, and it a brand with internal components I trust. The price was fantastic since it was in the opened box section, plus Best Buy was knocking off another $100 before Christmas. Love my new laptop!

    Aside from short battery life all worked well for almost two years but now the keyboard does not always work, sometimes the shift does not work with certain letters but works with other letters which is very weird.

    Both Dell and Best Buys were super when I had to exchange Dell laptop due to motherboard issue with laptop. Be sure to always run Dell updates! Although with that done, I still had to exchange for a new one, and it is working fine. Both Best Buys Geek Squad and Dell expedited the exchange, as well as Dell updates and Microsoft software updates.
