Definitely a good computer; however, it only lasted for a year and a half. Won't even connect to the internet anymore and the computer is constantly heating up.

My daughter uses this laptop for college. This has been a good laptop for the money. We did have a screen flickering issue; however, Dell stood behind it's product and fixed it quickly. We have had no issues since then. Fast and reliable laptop.

My older laptop needed to be replaced and I didn't really know what to do. A helpful store associate showed me this particular laptop and it provided the features I was looking for-touchscreen, smaller size, thinner and lighter, backlit keyboard. No complaints. I love it and highly recommend this.

Laptop is super fast and battery life in the area of 5 hours. USB-C with PD, 2-in-1, and HDR. Only gripe I found out later is RAM is soldered directly to the motherboard and cannot be replaced or upgraded. Go for the 16gb model if you plan on upgrading. Otherwise, amazing piece of hardware.

I’m a beginner photographer. I was looking for a laptop to edit my photos. The resolution on the laptop is awesome I love the light at night on the keyboard. I love the screen can go all the back it’s light it has editing software built in. Great product

We purchased this computer for our Granddaughter's return to college; and so far she is thrilled with it! It has all the latest features she was looking for to help her with classes! So for us; it was a good investment! She's pleased; and we saved money with the sale too boot! We call that a win-win!

Great little computer. I had doubts about a smaller machine, but this unit has a comfortable keyboard and beautiful display panel. The touchpad can be over sensitive at times and opens links inadvertently. The speed of the unit is great and love the light weight. I am glad I purchased it.

I am a student learning software engineering using java,javascript and python. I have downloaded and used a bunch of development tools on the computer. And all of them work smoothly.Enough for students who want to learn programming language and make some simple web application.O(∩_∩)O

Finally, my 5 yr old is not stealing my phone! She has her own tablet! I was able to load preschool learning games and music videos. She happy and gets to use it anywhere. It also programs to turn off at 8pm-8am--it can be monitored for children. this was a great buy and price was right on the money!

I bought this as a certified open box. Everything worked fine out of box no missing accessories. Booted up without any issues and connected to my WiFi network. Setup was a breeze only issue I have notice that the facial recognition does not always work properly I just put in password instead.

I had the previous model of this same computer. I like that this one is slightly smaller & that the on button is now on the keyboard versus the side. My only complaint is that the left/right click areas on the mouse are not separated.

I needed a new laptop that had better battery power and had a smaller footprint. This Dell product is perfect and I enjoy traveling with it - so much lighter and better quality then my last computer. The solid state hard drive means it will be sturdier and I hope it lasts a long time.

The computer looks excellent. Good build quality. Pretty fast as well. However there are several issues which I didn't like. 1. Short battery life. I could get about 4 hours, even though I deleted all the junk apps, etc. 2. The screen isn't great either. Other machines offer much brighter screens. 3. It warms up pretty badly when working. So using it on your knees isn't an option. I have returned the computer. Wouldn't recommend.

Got this for my wife to WFH. She’s been using it for over a year with no complaints. Solid battery life. Only complaint is we had to replace the power cord due to how she always charged it on the opposite side which bent the cord.

I just purchased this computer after mine of 12 years had become outdated. I went with this option for it's small size and SSD memory. I love there isn't a loud humming sound every time I use it and the speed on it is amazing. Easy to learn to use and still learning things about it daily.

This laptop was for my wife. We wanted a good performing laptop, but one that didn’t break the bank. We had great help from the Best Buy reps and decided to purchase this laptop. We were able to save quite a bit of money for a great laptop.

Easy to navigate. Fast when doing web search. No problems with key placement. It's very light weight and slim. Sleek. Picture quality is also nice. It also stays pretty cool. I have used it once for about 2-3 hours with it on my lap and it was comfortable. It didn't get hot.

Like the 2-in-1 option but been having problems with getting fast speeds with Wi-Fi, no matter where I'm at. Replaced network card drivers, took it to the Geek Squad, and prayed to the Wireless god to let me get speeds above 35mbps.

I usually spend a lot of time (or doing a full wipe) with out of the box laptops, but to my surprise, this one only had a few bloatware items installed. Overall happy with form factor and options on this unit. Has USB C port but also kept the HDMI and two USB 3.0 ports as well.

Laptop was a Christmas gift. Started right up and got it running. Tried to set up Windows 10 face recognition and it went downhill from there. After adding Microsoft updates, the laptop boot time increased to about 3 minutes, couldn't type a sentence without noticeable lag on keystrokes, etc...laptop was useless. Brought back to BestBuy, Geek Squad said it was a software problem so only recourse was Total Tech for $215 (vs min $150 for one time fix). Strange that out of the box, it can't run Windows which is the only software it came installed with. After 2 days got it back so now we will see if it's running good or if it's a lemon.
