I have owned this laptop for a few months and am happy with my purchase. It is a great inexpensive personal laptop. Not sure how it will hold up after more use but for now it is great

He let me use it to complete my CEU's. Very impressed. Was able to get it all done without any problem. I love and trust Best Buy with all of our technical needs. Always honest and helpful. Staff is wonderful. Very knowledgeable.

Absolutely love it. I’m still learning the ins and outs but it’s the best investment I ever made. Extremely light and good for when I have a ton of books and binders in my book bag for school.

This dell 2 in 1 does everything i wanted it to do. With the ssd it boots up in 10 seconds and the new quad core i5 is al the power i need. The facial recognition takes less time than logging in to windows 10 than typing a password.

Worth the price, but tricky/difficult to use. The internet connectivity on this computer sucks. Not only is it a problem with me, but many others who have purchased this laptop as well. It has nice features, but it can get irritating when it lags you out every couple hours or so. Overall it's a nice computer, but if you're looking for something much more smoother and easy to use, I suggest coughing up the extra money and going with a mac.

Bought it 4 months ago and it’s workinf great. Only minor issue is the battery complaint at bios on boot up about the battery. Happened after a iOS update. Annoying but still works fine.

I walked into Best Buy with a list of requirements for a laptop. The salesman suggested three different laptops, I decided to purchase this one, and do not regret it. I am very happy with this purchase

I fly a lot and need to use my computer on the plane. because of it's compact size, I can work with it even if the person in front of me reclines their seat. I always appreciate Dell quality

I absolutely love this laptop! I'm an outside sales rep, so I'm always using out on the field to do work. One of the reasons I bought this laptop was because it felt so lite to carry. Great laptop for the price too.

This 2-in-1 is pretty great so far. The only negatives thus far are: 1) it gets really hot sometimes & 2) the battery drains very fast.

Generally, I am happy with my new laptop. The problems are sometimes with the laptop, but mostly with the material and my limited skills. Other people who help me tell me it's good.

I love this pc the only 2 cons for me are that it glitched a few times at first. It hasn't done it to me anymore hopefully it won't. The second con is that it attracts dirt and dust and the screen get dirty easily.

Desperately needing to update my 10-year-old laptop, I researched my options and honed in on this one. I love the touchscreen and the tablet option as well the other features my old lap didn't have (too many to mention).

Helped my Dad pick this machine out for my Mom for Christmas. What a great purchase. It is very light weight and very powerful for the price. Maybe I should buy one too! Overkill for my Mom, but works really well.

Great features, such as camera, bluetooth capability, light weight, lots of storage space, 3 USB ports. Its easy to handle. We use it for personal, business, and school work.

Bought this for my son. He’s very happy with it. The only negative would be that the WiFi seems a little slow with a weaker connection than other components but it still works fine.

It's a great computer with lots of power to do the task for a college student, especially. 4 stars because it did not come with at least Microsoft word and Powerpoint. :)

Bought it for my daughter for college... She seems more than happy to have it, but after using Chromebooks through high school I'm sure anything would be an improvement!!!

So far have not seen any issue. it is gud purchased at price of $649. Cons: the position of exhaust fan is at the bottom. Hence can't keep the laptop on your lap due to heat.

Our second Dell laptop. Dell continues support with BIOS updates and application updates, well beyond the first 90 days of ownership. Very well engineered laptops, important to me as a long-time PC builder.
