Great little product to use. The only negative is the battery size. It’s too small and would hold the charge for like 4 hours tops. You’ll need a charger with you all the time.

After about 2 months of using, this device began to go dead almost immediately unless i kept charger plugged in which i thought was a no-no. Amd then shortly after that... my touch mouse stopped working, my screen saver/ background wouldn't load.. and my laptop would get extremely hot... so the fan would kick in loudly... such became a nuisance since its a work laptop dying virtual work with client's...so i took it to geek squad...come to find out my battery had swollen up.. eek! So i looked at mofe recent reviews (posted after i purchased) and found i want this battery/charging problem isnt new, or isolated. So i inquired about getting an upgrades battery vs the same battery because lets be honest a swollen battety is usually a fire risk... so waiting to hear back about an upgrade... just be cautious.. as this is a really nice laptop but the battery causes alllllll types of malfunctioning. So hoping for good news. Only other option is to trade it in for something upgraded.. but I will probably not get even half of what I paid for it. We shall see.

Very happy with this computer. I got this computer to be able to use in school and I have had such a great time with it. Small enough to carry to class everyday and the battery life last for my school day.

This was replacement keyboard cover for Surface Pro. 1st one lasted 6 months, second one 2 years. hope this one lasts even longer. i bought the extended warranty just in case.

Love the Dell Inspirion - it's light weight and fast. Keyboard is easy to navigate and incorporating a wireless mouse is seamless. Connected to my printer with no effort on my part. Only have 4 weeks but loving it.

I’ve always liked Dell products. This laptop is good for the price I paid for it. If you want a pen that works with the screen you have to dish out an extra $40 though.

I am not good with computers but I am having no problems with this Dell . I love the clear picture . I am 57 years old and I picked this one out myself because of the picture , the size and all the other features .

this is my first 2 in 1 love it. it runs just like my phone android version. the solid state is awesome. no waiting 5 or 10 minutes to do something. first dell also. perfect for what I use it for.

Bought this as a gift for a family member, and he loves it. He's a little old school though so I had to pick up an external CD drive for him. I played around with it as well, and it seems excellent.

Nice little laptop, difficulty with Windows Hello, but that's not the computer problem. It is quick, I am still trying to get all of my files and pictures organized.

The computer was not so easy to use and a number of things need to be updated but you have to pay to update them, something I don’t get if you bought a new computer.

Yes -I really love it, it doesn't lock up, and doesn't fall off my knees like my old 15" Dell. Don't do much heavy duty computing, but it works for social media, surfing the web and things like that.

Very happy with this purchase. I use it a lot for work travelling and it saves me a lot of room and weight carrying this baby around. Not only light weight but the dependability of Dell os unmatched

Purchased this laptop to upgrade my current one. First time to get a 2 in 1 and I don’t know why I haven’t bought one before this. The ease of navigating is far better than just using the mouse pad.

This laptop is super fast and responsive. The touch screen is beautiful but very sensitive to the touch so you have to make sure you look at what you’re tapping on.

Love new camera. My husband and daugher had to set it up for me. Picture is very clear. Still learning how to use it. My four year old granddaughter took some excellent pictures.

Got my computer to surf the web, watch Netflix, and do some computing for financial purpose. Couldn't be happier with this laptop. Would recommend this to beginners and intermediate users!

Easy to use does what I need it to do quickly. Down side is that its hard to find info o. Which pen to pair it with. Online reviews say its not compatible?

You cant find a more reliable, machine with the amount of resources this comes with at this price. Add that to Dell's easy to use customer service and it makes the purchase a no-brainer.

Battery will not charge bought it this Christmas and it is already bad
