Bought this computer to replace my computer that died. The Geeks Squad download my information from the old computer to the new; making this change flawless.

I had been looking for a pc for a while. When I went to Best Buy that evening I wasn’t going to purchase anything that night but saw this one and liked it. Now that I’m using it I like it even more.

This Lap Top has exceeded my expectations for internet activities and usefulness for Power Point presentations. It is small, light, and professional. I am very pleased with it's performance.

The graphics for this computer are really good. The letters are very defined and it works smoothly. I like the tablet/laptop feature since it’s easy for use and travel, especially for work.

I had been needing a new computer for the longest time so with the sales in December I decided to go for this Dell which I know to be dependable...I am happy! It's slim, fast and such a joy to use.

Bought this for my daughter for college. We did have a hard drive fail but contacted dell and sent it to them and they replaced hard drive and got it right back out to me very quickly.

This dell laptop is great. It functions as both a laptop and tablet. It works fast and can be used for personal or business. I recommend this laptop as it's a reasonable price and high quality.

sleek, fast, lightweight. long power cord that plugs in the left side (which makes sense to me). I waited for a great deal and grabbed it using order on-line, pick up in store. love this machine.

It was a great buy. I picked up a GeekSquad certified version that was missing a power cord and great discount. I have been using it for a month or so now and it works like a charm.

This lil baby often shuts down web pages while in the middle of searching. It logs out on its own a lot. It's quite frustrating. When it works, it's a gem.

Holding up well. I don't use it in the tablet mode like ever, but as a notebook it's a good machine. Working well after a few months

bought for my daughter for school. at first had trouble getting it to download but Geek Squad helped us thru it and it is a great lap top for a her needs

This is a great 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop for individual use or business. The 8 gigabytes of RAM and 256 SSD give this machine plenty of power to accomplish most tasks.

So far this computer has worked out. I have only used it so far for an online class I am taking. I need to use for more things to get a better idea

I am a long time HP user and was nervous to switch when my Spectre 360 failed, surprise surprise though - the keyboard may not be as good but the overall a better product.

Bought this computer for my Daughter, who seems very happy with it. It not only allows her to do all the usual stuff, but she can also use it to produce artwork. Made her very happy!

This computer was purchased as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter as she heads off to college. She was surprised and very happy. She said thanks it is just what I needed.
