||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this in late October 2017, and have been using it for consulting work, teaching and zwift online cycling. Had been working great until yesterday. Without any prior issue, suddenly computer would not boot. Took it to Best Buy geek squad and sure enough, after 3.5 months of use, the hard drive failed. I had read some reviews stating the fan made a lot of noise. Same issue here...but wasn't phased by that. But definitely angry and frustrated that not nearly 4 months of owning this otherwise "good" laptop, the hardware fails, hard drive not recoverable or fixable. And, while it's still covered under warranty, it will take 3 weeks to get back from Dell. Steer away...or buy a better product. I had a lenova yoga prior and was leaning towards the XPS 13, but price wise went with the insperon 2 in 1 13". Disappointed to say the least.
