Plus-Small enough to take along when we are on the road. I Like the SSD. Minus-have to buy an external write/player for DVDs.

Great computer... fast... smooth operating touchscreen... and I love its flex capability! Always been a Dell fan (my last Dell laptop lasted for 6 years, wow!) so it's good to be back after trying to get away with cheap laptops which barely lasted a year. I haven't had this one for long but I believe it's a solid and reliable computer & I expect it to purr for years to come!

finally forced to replace my 10 yo dinosaur laptop when hard drive died. did not have a lot of time to do research but price seemed good ( xmas sale) and I like the idea of a 2 in 1. it is very compact and portable, silver metal case- looks good. only complaint is that I should have purchased a larger screen- I access medical records from home and EMR program uses a larger screen making it difficult to read without my glasses. otherwise, I think it is a very good computer for the price

Computer is very lightweight, easy to use, and is great to take on trips. Flip feature is nice and easy to use.

Heavier than the $1300 hp but i am sure is more durable at almost half the price. Works very fast with no issues.

I need to buy a new laptop much like the surface minus the cost. I spent the time looking at the 2-1 and other laptops. I also was concerned with the graphics card and how that would work. I find this laptop and liked the SSD and the CPU power. Yes, it does not have a dedicated graphics card, but the on board card has enough strength to run basic games and keep up with movies. I felt like this laptop is a perfect fit for me as far as entertainment and business items.

This model is an improvement over the prior versions in that it has a m.2 interface for the 256GB SSD, has a single 8GB DDR4 RAM with a 2nd vacant slot, has an aluminum case and a Type-C USB 3.1 port. The Type-C port does NOT support the DELL Model DA200 port expander. It is only labeled Display Port, but does USB 3.1, and converts to Ethernet or USB 3.0 using aftermarket adapters. It does NOT support power in or charging the battery thru the Type-C port.

I happen to be an Apple guy, but I needed a WIndows PC to run some programs that will only run a PC. So I picked up this little gem, and let me tell you, it is maybe the nicest laptop I have ever owned. Very well made, very solid, nothing flimsy about it at all. It is as solid as my MacBook. The i5 processor and the 8 gigs of ram make this thing fly. Very quiet, it is very rare that you ever hear the cooling fan come on. Super pleased with my purchase.

The HD resolution is awesome! Laptop is small, light, and portable. It is a well built basic laptop but not a gamer!

I bought this to have an up-to-date personal computer. I have a larger Windows 10 notebook provided by my employer, but this performs far better. It boots faster and gives all around better performance. The one negative things I've found is the location of the power switch. I use it in my lap while working and a few times have accidentally turned it off when shifting it on my lap. Fortunately, hitting the button again quickly prevents me from losing the VPN connection.

Bought this laptop for my son for schoolwork, he loves the speed & compact size. I may get one for myself!

Laptop is light in weight and good at perofrmance. Windows 10 is awesome. Need to explore many features.

Pros: price, parts are upgradeable, full ports, light Cons: mushy keyboard, trackpad is not the best because two fingers scroll can be laggy, bad palm rejection on trackpad making it annoying to type because the cursor would jump around. I returned this laptop because of the trackpad issues.
