A very nice computer. I like the size, the touch screen and the battery life.

It's a great deal and has just about everything one would need in a portable computer. With the SSD, the system is blazing fast and Dell's support is on point. I will say that this is my second try at this model however. The first one had a bad fan but since I've exchanged it, I have had no problems.

The Inspiron meets my needs! It is fast, lightweight and I take it everywhere I go.

I'm an engineering student going into college. This laptop handles 8+ tabs open in my 3D modeling program, multiple tabs open in my browser, and my mail open. And NEVER lags or slows down. It's completely amazing and everything a student could want and need!!!!!! I read the reviews like crazy befkre buying, but this laptop is beyond all my expectations, Don't pass it up!!!

I got this for my wife and she loves it. its fast (unlike a previous brand we returned to get this ... the asus laptop that is similar to his is terrible), its smooth, the body and frame is nice and slick.. essentially the laptop material is of great quality. the processor is wonderful and the tablet mode is great. wife is on it all the time and has not complained once.

This Tablet/Laptop looks nice, feels strong and has a great Design. You can rely while you maneuver either as a laptop or tablet position, perfect for travel because it is light and it does not produce heat at all, like the regular laptops. You will feel the quality while you are using it, because of the aluminum body and carbon fiber interior. About the screen performance, videos, photos and movies look awesome on it. It is fast and easy to use. The battery last up to 9 hours, watching videos and using different apps like Netflix, Amazon, Vudu, You tube. And takes around 2-3 hours to charge. It has a cool option to use your finger print to log in. You will not hear or see a fan to cool the unit, however the laptop doesn't really get hot like the other laptops. Good sound, loud and clear. There are no full-sized USB ports and the computer does not have a a full-size SD card slot. It does have a USB-C port, micro-SD slot, headphone jack, and Thunderbolt 3 port. It comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter. Strongly recommended to perform updates of drivers and firmware, before start using it, it will fix any minor issues, as it usually is on every single system. Overall, this is a wonderful system, based on high quality construction, small, lightweight, and Dell Excellent support.

Love the layout of this laptop. Easy to use and so many features. You can do so much more on then a mac. The tablet mode is my favorite! The facial recognition to unlock the laptop is really cool. Does not even open unless i have my glasses on

We bought this computer for our granddaughter when her computer froze and the tech department on her campus weren't able to revive it for her. We checked several sites for recommendations and narrowed to a Dell and read Best Buy customer reviews. She's thrilled with our gift, says it really meets her needs, it's quick to respond, and loves the fact it's convertible.

Very satisfied with size, function, and value of the laptop. I bought it to replace and older laptop. Bought for the compact size. The computer is excellent for the work / travel focusing on utilizing Microsoft programs. The one down fall was I had to replace the battery within 90 days. Whoever Dell customer service was excellent in the process of getting me a new batter.
