Fast and compact. Light weight and perfect for shop use

I bought this to replace my bulky yet light 15 inch Azus that was stolen. I loved that laptop but couldn't justify the cost again. This Dell is a nice replacement and I got it for about $600, not bad. It's more compact but has some weight to it. For my first Dell I see the value I've heard people talk about for years. 3 months in I like it.

As an Apple user, I was hesitant to buy a windows laptop, but I wanted a touch screen. After spending a couple weeks with this Dell and the windows environment, I am very impressed and quite comfortable working on it. Excellent machine and an incredible value!

After a lot of looking and comparing different brand laptops at various stores, I decided on this Dell due to the features it had and how well it fit my needs. The laptop functions flawlessly and will fit my families needs for years to come. The price was equal or less than competitors and Best Buy stands behind their products.

I bought this laptop shortly after a job change as I always had a work supplied laptop. I was hesitant about the 2 in 1 devices but slowly warmed to them and with the extra plus of the SSD this is a home run!! I love this laptop and as always, Dell and Best Buy delivered as I caught this on sale for $600 which was $200 off.

Very happy with this purchase. Lightweight, Windows 10, great display. It was an "open box" model, so I saved over $100, plus got about $100 for a trade in, so I think it was an excellent value. Also, the sales clerk was very patient, even searing through the open box collection to find something that matched my needs.

Replaced my Surface Pro because the screen was just too small. Although it doesn't have all the features of the Surface Pro, I'm happy with my Dell laptop. Lightweight, easy to maneuver keyboard, a decent sized screen and the price was right. Appreciate all the help from my sales associate at the Best Buy Madison West store.

I did extensive research before deciding on this laptop for my niece. When I arrived at Best Buy to purchase what I had preselected, the salesman suggested I consider the 13 inch for portability purposes, and I'm glad I did. She loves it, and I anticipate she will get much use out of it on her way to her degree.

Still getting use to window 10 and I haven't been to Best Buy for a review on the system. Was set up but wasn't able to make. Can't get the facial recognition to work but hopefully when I get to Best Buy they can reset. Computer seems to be fast and I am happy with the purchase just need a little guidance which Best Buy offers.

Nice size and easy to use but, does not have a CD slot

I purchased this laptop as a college graduation present for one of my children and have been pleased with how it has performed for her. With an SSD, the machine starts quickly and is quick to start applications as well. Plays video well. Speakers produce good sound. Has been a very good purchase for my child.
