Excellent price, full metal body, though it makes it little heavy but feel good & sturdy. Also good screen resolution. Camera with IR is really nice & face detection works perfectly in dark as well. SSD does the job well & no performance lag. Overall good product at price.

I was looking for a new laptop and this one has everything I need. It is the perfect size for travel, not heavy and bulky. I love that I can easily remove the screen from the keyboard and use it like a tablet. I upgraded from Windows 7 and still learning the Windows 10 system.

I finally upgraded and I am so glad I paid a bit more for a solid state drive computer. No waiting for a boot up! It's like magic, open your computer and boom your ready to work! Absolutely love it! My co-worker went and bought one the next day after playing with mine.

Much better than my previous Acer laptop, the keyboard of which uniformly required one to hit the key solidly in the middle to register, but which would also frequently record a double letter if not hit square on. Purchased primarily for large SSD at a reasonable price.

This is our second Dell laptop, and we are satisfied with it. Since we wanted a basic computer primarily for email, Internet browsing, and some word processing and spreadsheet work, this Dell Inspiron 13 (7000 series) worked out well. And the price was reasonable.

I use this everyday and it just keeps ticking. I’ve never had any trouble with it.

I purchased this after returning the HP x360 model m3-u103dx because of loud cooling fan. I like the larger 256GB SSD, I feel like 128gb fills up fast. You can buy an external HD but external SSD HD are a bit expensive at present. overall a great buy

I love my new dell lap top because super quick. The only thing I don't like is the screen gets larger while I'm working. I think that may be a laptop thing but it's annoying when I am trying to work quickly because I have to stop and make it back to the normal size.

Purchased this item on sale, it has been great haven't had any problems

First and foremost, I am a huge computer geek. I built my desk top myself and continue to do computer stuff. This laptop was an upgrade as I continue through college and I couldn't of picked a better laptop for the price! Highly recommend!

I bought this for my daughter to replace her old laptop, it is well built and works perfectly with Office365. It's also nice because it has a the SSD but Im not sure if 256gb is enough for her to store all school stuff. Would recommend.

I really like this laptop, it's lightweight, and love the versatility of being able to use it as a laptop or like a tablet! I work from home so when I am not able to sit at my desk it is great to be able to grab this and set up anywhere.

Finally gave in to a Windows 10 laptop. Have had lots of success with Dell computers, & this is no exception. This one starts quickly & downloads quickly. I'm no computer whiz - just a very average homemaker who is on the web a lot.

Wasn't the large screen I was used to, but I picked this model for the features and the price. I'm glad I did. Has everything I wanted. Light, lots of storage for pictures, light up keyboard for nighttime use, touchscreen usage. Good buy overall.

I needed a new laptop as my old one was about to die. If I had it to do again - I would get one with a little bit larger screen. It is great for the price I paid - I really like that it can convert to a tablet and has touch screen capability.

I love this product. My last laptop was so slow. This one is lightening fast, and was demonstrated in the store to be faster than a laptop costing twice what this one did! I am pleased with its versatility to be a laptop or used as a tablet.

I needed a new laptop and decided on the Dell after discussing my needs with the salesman. I am getting used to using it but I love that the size is smaller than my old one so I can fit it in my purse. I also like that the keyboard lights up.

Purchased this laptop for my 10 year old daughter. Her only experience has been an ipad. She finds the laptop user friendly and easy to navigate. I'm hopeful that the stable state will allow her to use this laptop for a few years. Great buy!
