I love this computer! The touchscreen is awesome, and so is the ability to fold the screen to present to others. Graphics/screen resolution is much better than my old ThinkPad. I am definitely keeping this around for a while.

This laptop replaced my 10 year old HP desktop. I was nervous at first, but had no problem adjusting. Love the portability and wireless access. Unit is fast, has excellent drive and cloud storage. Recommend for all users.

I needed a new computer and I chose this one. The Geek Squad was very good about helping me transfer my information. It is smaller than my Toshiba and does not have the keyboard on the side, but it is smaller and more convenient.

I love my Dell! It is lightweight and is easily carried anywhere. The Dell name lives up to its good reputation. I will buy Dell again! Just discovered that my brother has one as well, same as mine. We are both happy!

My wife wanted a new laptop that could double as a tablet (i.e., touch-screen). But she didn't want one with a huge screen since it would increase the weight and make it harder to carry around the house. I wanted a lighted keyboard, which it has (nice feature). The 13.3" screen is plenty large enough for typical tasks (we're not gamers and we still watch TV on a TV), ...and she's right! - it is less cumbersome to carry around than our older 14.3" laptop. The Intel Core i5 (4th gen?) and solid state hard drive make the performance light-years faster than our previous laptop (7 yrs old). Price seemed a little steep at first, but when compared to the competition, this one fit our needs, and for the features, the price is actually very competitive. No regrets.

This laptop is realy a good for what it does and price. Not to fancy but not so out of date. Perfect for those part time as for those full time also. To just messing around on the Internet you can't beat the price.

Opened the box, followed prompts, up and running in less than 30 mins. PC is for my wife to replace her 3 year old MacBook. She loves the simple operation and speed. It restarts Windows in less than 30 seconds!

I love how I can use it as a tablet or a laptop!!!

For a while I had switched to HP but after wanting to throw it out the window on several instances, I decided to go back to Dell. I use it primarily to teach online. Works great.

They're discontinuing this model - which really was a lot of great features in a cool and compact looking laptop. There have been consistent issues, particularly around sound drivers, but all in all - these are solid.

I've been through a few laptops in the last 10 years. Spent a little more on this one last year, and so far so good. My family keeps trying to get me to switch to Macs, but with laptops like this, I'm satisfied.

I am very pleased with my Dell computer. It is lightweight and is great for travel. The processing speed is great and it was very easy to load software. I use this computer for work and it has met every need.

I've had good experience with most Dell laptops, this one has touchscreen capability which Apple Mac laptops do NOT for some stupid reason. Would be a good purchase.

I love the size of this PC. The hardest part is getting use to the windows 10. I travel a lot and work from home. This size makes it perfect. I actually liked it so much I have a home version and got one for work.

Got this for work and was able to pick up an open box. I dont know why it was returned but glad it was. Does exactly what I need and the size is great.

I bought this because of the sale price being $200 off ($599). Good clear screen in spite of the size, and the SSD makes this system a little rocket ship. Am selling my other laptop in favor of this one.

I bought this computer for my husband. Not too technologically advanced did some research and this computer is perfect.for our needs. Even my college going kid who owns a Mac really liked it. Good value.
