Great computer for price...love the tablet mode and the way it turns keyboard off when used as a tablet...very fast...love the solid state hard drive..would definitely recommend to anyone

This laptop is excellent for school, work, or just to have. The build quality is top notch, and the performance is what you expect from a dell computer.

I debated to determine what computer I would get. It was either going to be the Lenovo 11" or the Dell 13". I elected to go with this Open Box Dell as it had the updated processor and the SSD drive I was looking for. It is small and light enough to travel as my personal computer when I am also travelling with my work computer. I do like the tough screen as well and I do use both the touch screen and teh computer. I do not like how the screen will flicker on occasion when you are running out of power and it goes into a power saving mode. But once powered up, it seems to go away. Had teh computer for a month and so far am pleased and would buy again.

I was looking for a replacement for my old laptop that was unable to be upgraded. I checked reviews and found the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3 Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive had everything I would want in a small laptop and more. It is a little heavier than I expected but I guess that's because it's built to take a little abuse. I would prefer that the power button be put on the face rather than the side of the unite (easy to hit when you pick it up) but that's just something to get used to. If your looking for a smaller laptop with a lot of features with a good reputation this is defiantly worth a look.

Great mid-entry level laptop with great specs for the price range. SSD makes it a worry free mobile comp that boots super fast. USB ports seem a bit flimsy but only time will tell

This computer is great for general use. It is fast and has lots of memory. Startup and shutdown are fast and effortless. I would definitely recommend this computer for everyday use.

Its great for a student. It boots up fast. Excellent for a beginner. I liked its light weight. Prior to this I had Lenovo SSD, it broke just in 6 months. Glad Geeksquad refunded me.

I love this laptop. Nice and light weight. Easy to carry and does what I need it to do. Pays to get one that won't be obsolete in 6 months.

Build quality is great. Very lightweight. Cool even when running demanding / graphic intensive applications. I giving it 4 stars, because I think the screen is not very bright.

I bought this laptop for my daughter to use in college. It more than met her expectations, especially in regard to its operating speed. She really enjoys using it.

This laptop computer is nice. It is very sturdy and the size is perfect for me. Sometimes the touch screen gets stuck but you can use the arrows on the computer to navigate

The overall value in this computer is the SSD. Although it is small in capacity it is fast and quiet. I will not buy another computer without this type of main drive.

Obviously this is not a high-performance laptop but it is great for poking around the internet or doing light office/school work. The battery life has been better than expected.

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series which has both touch and non touch screen capability. It is easy to use, lightweight and I would recommend it.

You can take it to the job site and get a lot done. Also room for personal items you my need at a moments notice. I really like the tablet mode the most. Works great.

I purchased this laptop as a graduation gift based on online reviews and my own experience with Dell and others. Key features were 2 in 1 mode, ram and solid state drive.
