I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect computer, and this one had everything I wanted at an unbeatable price! My old computer needed an overhaul, but it wasn't worth it. This computer has everything I need and more. I love the SSD and won't go back to a hard drive, though I do miss the space. The touchscreen is not something I necessarily had to have, but I love not having to use a mouse all the time. The size is perfect. I was tired of lugging a big laptop around, so this one fits the bill. It is the perfect size. You can't go wrong with this computer. I absolutely love it!

First I would like to "Thank" all the people that left online reviews. My late husband always did the research, so I relied on the reviews having to make a decision for a laptop for my small business. In all the reviews I read (and I read a lot) one gentleman suggested if your budget supports it to upgrade to a SSD as opposed to a hard drive, so I did and this machine rocks. It's light weight, and the 13.3 screen (which I thought would be to small) is perfect! This isn't to big of a deal for me , but wish it had a 10 key.

This is a great laptop I got at Best Buy. It very fast. Great battery life. Great price. Light weight and convenient. No cons at all.

Fast laptop. Love the touchscreen feature. Battery life could be better but overall a great laptop. Going from tablet mode to desktop mode takes some getting used to in Windows10 but highly recommend this laptop

serves all of my regular computer needs well. it's not a super powered computer or anything, but it handles everything I need it it. Perfectly adequate processing power and memory capabilities. It's the perfect size for me and the screen is really nice. Touch screen has come in handy more often than I expected it to. Only knock I have on it is the internal fan is a little over zealous. It will start running easily and keep going, which can be a little annoying.

I can’t begin to explain how much I love this computer. When my MacBook Pro of 8 years was driving me crazy, this computer seriously saved my life. It is light, and I love how it is flexible. The SSD makes it so fast and honestly I’ve NEVER had trouble with it. I am so happy I didn’t spend double the money on buying another Mac when this computer is even better! The touchscreen is also a huge plus. LOVE it! I would buy another in a heart beat.

The design of this lap top is just beautiful. I love that the key board area has a subtle dip for tablet mode and it doesn't cause the keys to rub against the surface you place it on. The finish is stunning. Performance is as expected for a 8gb i5 core. I use this lap top mainly for school and experienced no lag when multiple programs just as excel, word, firefox, and music playing in the background. Battery last about 5 hours with what I just mentioned. Love this lap top!

I purchased a laptop early last year from Best Buy because it was cheaper but it ended up being much slower and more frustrating as it was always updating and never seemed to work right less than a year after purchase. I bought this Dell laptop to replace the old one and it is much faster, has excellent screen quality, and is much more lightweight and reasonable to take with me to my classes and carry around campus.

I am very happy with this computer. I am using it for a self employed business. It is quick and the size is great for carrying around to do work on the go.

Nice touch Screen, Light weight, Faster Performance, More Battery Life.

Lightweight, great screen, adequate 256GB SSD, 8 GB RAM, 2 Way screen, all fitting together in a quality small 13 inch laptop. So far the battery is running around 5 hours before charge. Works perfect for the need it was bought for.

Being a grad student, I needed a windows based laptop to run software which my Mac wasn’t able to do. After some research, I decided to buy Dell 7378. Here is my summary- Pros 1. Excellent processor and fast speed, 7th gen intel and SSD Drive get the job done. 2. Though not as good as Mac, Keyboard is smooth and nice to type on. 3. Touchpad is responsive and easy to use. 4. USB C, UCB 3, HDMI, SD Card does the job for connectivity. Love the C port. 5. Windows 10 is really good and user-friendly. 6. Laptop has premium feel, with a metallic body and a nice touch to it. 7. I am new to the touch feature, and finding it useful. Cons 1. Weight is more than it should be, but not every laptop can be as light weight as Mac is. 2. Battery life is average, around 7 hours. Could have been more. 3. Bloatwares to start with, could have been removed. But one can uninstall it. All in all, this is an excellent laptop with premium configurations at the price, and perfectly suitable for Students as well as professionals with light to medium usage of graphics.

Nice to have a touch screen laptop that can be a tablet if you want that runs Win 10 and...has a SS Drive. And...I was able to run some music production gear with out a seperate interface...and it was workable...althought it would be nice to render at 44.100 sample rate...(technical) . Overall- a treat to use. Lots of possibility!

A great PC to replace my wifes PC. She likes the light weight, small screen size. And I like the power, this is so much more powerful then her old PC and I can use it on vacation to play some PC games. Great specifications and more then enough power for her needs, and the midlevel games that I would take on vacation. I am thinking about the same model to replace my kids PC in a few months, as it appears to be a good deal between price and performance.

The performance of this dell is very nice, fast and the solid state hard drive totally make the difference.

I really like this laptop. It is fast, light and durable. I like the backlit keyboard and how quickly it boots. The real volume of SSD you get is about 180GB after all the system programs, but it is more than enough for daily work. If I need more I can use my external SSD for another 500 GB.

It had been a while since shopping for a computer. Wow, they are smaller, lighter and even work way better. I love my new laptop. I am very glad I went with this Brand. All the new features were explained well by the well informed salesperson. This allowed me to make an educated decision.

This laptop is lightweight and fun to use. The 2 in 1 feature is very useful. It seems to run well and to be sturdy and be of good quality. Sound quality is okay but not fabulous. It is fast for everything I have used it for: school work, textbooks, email, social media and video editing.

I honestly walked in to the store asking the associates for a computer which I could do multi tasks, because I am a student, I do a lot research... he recommended this one and oh boy it's great!!! Super easy to multi task, fast, small but not too small, light, just an amazing product.

I love this laptop. I use it as a communication device to surf the internet- look at email, pay bills, etc. It can log you on by face recognition- be sure to take several pictures when you set it up. My previous laptop was a Dell and that is what sold me on this one. There support is second to none. When you turn it on for the first time it will automatically update Windows and then it will update the Dell software, drivers, bios, etc. It takes a while to do this but it is something I would do anyway and this way I do not have to search for the different programs. Even though it is a 2 in 1 with touch screen I do not us it. I use a mouse. I like the back light keyboard for when it is dark. The laptop size is perfect for what I need- you do not have to squint to see the screen but yet it is portable and does not take up the whole table. If you want a fast laptop that gets the job done that doesn't cost an arm and a leg I would recommend this one.
