Purchased as a gift for a college student. Very happy with the features and performance. They said it has everything they need and works very well.

This model was my second choice(1st was a Macbook) and Im not regreat at all. Great design, Windows system and very good processor. I recommend it.

I haven't had any issues, so far so good. Wish it had a video/photo editing program on it, it might but I don't know how to do it. Otherwise, it's great.

everything I've tried using on this laptop works easily and quick...and the solid state drive was the selling point...battery lasts and price was reasonable

bought this open box dell and it has been great. it is easy to use and was easy to set up. it is just like a new computer but a lot lower price.

Purchased this laptop to replace a 1 yr old Lenovo that kept having issues. Although it has only been 2 months, this Dell is working as expected.

It's great to home work, fast and silent computer, but I can't use in tablet mode with rotation screen. I'm looking for solution about that.

We bought this product for a teenager about to enter high school. I was impressed by the speed and display. It is durable and great quality.

This 2-in-1 Inspiron allows great flexibility (no pun intended - it really does permit use of the computer in several different "forms"). We found the 13-inch screen to be extremely sharp and bright, so much so that we immediately bought a Blu-ray player to accompany it in expectation of viewing movies while away from home. Though loading all the programs took quite awhile, the Inspiron's own "self-monitoring" keeps us advised of update possibilities and easily guides us through the process. We find it very fast sleek, very portable.

It's blazing fast. Awesome laptop. I am very happy with it. I am using it for my programming purpose like Java, Python etc and I love it.

Very good all around notebook. My only complaint is that the fans are very loud when they turn on (they are usually off except under high loads).

I had used Dell for many years and decided to try another brand for something different. I ended up wanting to throw the other laptop into the street and run over it. When it began to die and fall apart I decided to go back to Dell. I am so glad I did. It was easy to set up and ready to go in no time and it has done what I needed it to do. It was a great price too. I bought it on sale right before Easter, over Easter weekend the price went down lower, Best Buy honored the price decrease and refunded the difference.

This is a great laptop. This was for a person coming from a MacBook Pro. The weight difference is unbelievable. So far this has been a great pc.

Starts up fast. It handles photoshop elements fine. The outer shell is solid. I kinda wish it had one more USB port. But so far it handles well
