    The computer meets & actually exceeds my needs but when I needed accessories, there was very little to choose from and many of the options were empty. The salesman told me that it was Chinese New Year and Chinese employees take a full month or more off. IF that is true and if you know that it's coming, why wasn't it planned for? Just curious.

    It's amazing product, worth for the money. I never had good opinion on open box items, but my opinion has changed after buying this item. but had difficulties while configuring laptop as it was configured to previous buyer. I had to visit bestbuy couple of times to reset the configuration. reduced one star for this configuration issue.
