My daughter loves her new laptop, especially with having a 2 in 1 feature. She originally stated that she wanted a Apple computer in a few years and give this one to us as parents, but after finding all extra the features that we didn't even realize until after purchasing, she wants to keep this indefinitely!!

This Dell is light and a good size to take around wherever I want to use it, and the screen is bright and easy to read by my old eyes. I bought it online and thought is had 3 USB ports but there's only 2. Loved the price. As someone who said they'd never buy another Dell (battery issues on 3 PCs over the years), I am hopeful.

This laptop was a display model that was on sale for half off...what a deal. So far I love it! Only issue is the location of the power button. It is located right where I put my hands to adjust the position of the unit...accidentally turning the laptop off. I guess its something I will have to get used to...no biggie.

Great computer for college does what i need it todo

This laptop is the perfect size and offers the options needed for the incoming college student at a price a college student can afford. Basically, allows you to have a laptop and tablet all in one. Pair with a usb drive, or larger external hard drive and your all set for your first couple of years.

This laptop has a great display, design, and is light weight. I had two big problems. The microphone was cutting out and the speakers were make a loud buzzing sound. The battery life is also very short.

I purchased this laptop because my previous 2-in-1 wasn't charging. I admit that this is a little bigger than my old one, but it is much faster and was able to pick up the 5G wifi in the house. I initially had a problem pairing my bluetooth headphones, but it worked itself out. So, far no real complaints.

My previous computer was an Alienware and so I am used to powerful hardware at a price. Used this one as a work replacement for a few weeks and it performed beautifully. Only thing I would knock it for is the track pad although I didn't use it much and could have messed with the settings.

After using this laptop for more than 2 months, I can say: it works efficiently, has a decent wifi range, the keys feel really good for typing, the screen is great and even though battery life could be improved a little, it can last for a full seating in an office without recharging.

I was a bit skeptical having had a bad experience with an HP which I returned after two frustrating weeks, but the Dell saved the day. Very pleased with it, love the size, and it's a fine computer. A BB employee, Gracie in Sarasota, helped a great deal and was excellent to work with.

So far I have enjoyed the Dell Computer. I am not too good on a computer, at the age of 67, but this computer is somewhat easy to understand because I understand a iPhone. It's nice to have a bigger screen for what little I do, as shopping, the Gloogle and surfing the web.

Wow, I really like the new 13.3" Inspiron 2-1 laptop from Dell. With the seventh generation i5-7200, the speed is great. The back-lighted keyboard is wonderful to use late in the evening. The speed compared to my old laptop is phenomenal Everything about it is top-notch. .

We bought this Dell product (our first Dell) based upon Best Buy rep presentation. It was more economical than others, yet, so far, it has performed perfectly. The main positive attribute is it's rapid start-up, but all other features are top-notch as well.

Back-lit keyboard. SSD. Windows 10 are a plus in my book. The mouse-pad is easy to use, and while it doesn't feel "premium", it does not feel cheap either. It is a little heavier than I expected.

This computer is actually pretty decent. It's fast, has a great display and good specs. The build is also impressively solid. However, I returned it because under normal loads the very loud fan would kick in.

I purchased this laptop as an open box item & got $150 off retail price. It's a great laptop for everyday use. It has good power, a nice display and a pleasant backlit keyboard. The all in one functionality is an added bonus. All in all, this laptop is great buy!
