I purchased this laptop to replace a lemon Levono. It works as expected. I hate the constant pop up reminders. I haven't been able to disable the reminders. Other than that the laptop is okay. I would purchase again.

I love my laptop. I didn't think I would but I have a mouse, which makes it easier for me. Fingers don't work as well. I'm taking it slow and I now find it easier as I go. Not bad for a little old senior citizen.

Highly recommended mid end laptop purchase! The specs on this laptop beat out Lenovo as well as the other gamut of PC manufacturers out there. Except for the touchpad which is mediocre, this laptop has it all!

Bought this Dell after much research and received the last one in the store, Glad I pulled the trigger on this one seems to be a great laptop and I like the lighted keyboard and the fast boot time.

This computer is a very good value for the price. I enjoy Windows Hello on this laptop. The only things that would make it better for me would be a brighter screen (hard to see when outside) and louder audio.

Gave this as a gift. Feedback is touch screen good but the sound (speakers) are quite poor. Had to call Dell and send back for repair. Battery life is average.

This is a very handy laptop. It is as light weight as one would expect. Convenient to carry. It comes with a security software that ensures initial software installation without any potential threat.

I had one big problem and could not get any help when I went back to the Geek Squad. On vacation, at a hotel, I was the only person who could not join the hotel network. My Dell laptop would not accept the Password and wanted the Net Security Key. I went back to the Geek Squad and no one could tell me what was going on Now, I fear that taking the laptop with me on a trip will end the same way.

The labtop have an all metallic outer frame which is great. The fan isn't loud when it starts and it doesn't turn on except when gaming and it's perfect for slight gaming, presenting, studying.

I love this computer. My old computer was very slow. I only gave it 4 stars because I can not put Word 7 onto this computer. I am not a fan of Word 10.

I love the computer with a few exceptions. The placement of the power button makes it too easy to accidentally turn it off. The notifications can get annoying. I do like the multi option login.

I needed a laptop that was not black, because my friends, family and co-workers all had black laptops. I also wanted a Dell and this one checked off all my boxes and it works extremely well.

After receiving great customer service and getting home the display was a snap to set up. The picture is fantastic, wish it had better sound, but that's where the sound bar takes over!!! Awesome purchase

Bought this computer as a replacement for the Lenovo we bought for our student just over a year ago. Although it has just been a few weeks our student has not had any issues with this computer.

This laptop had everything I was looking for! I did a lot of research before my purchase and took my list into Best Buy. The clerk was very helpful, and helped me find just what I needed.

So far it has been a great purchase. The Pro's are that it has vary good specs for the price. Con's are that it does not have an Ethernet port and it does not come with Win10 PRO (just home edition).

This is the second laptop I have purchased and by far the best. It is perfect for watching TV or movies because the screen resolution is incredible!! I highly recommend this laptop.

I was kind of afraid of getting a Dell computer because one of my friend had some problems with two of it but I decided to give it a try and I can't complain. I love everything about it.
