    Problem with laptop not charging. Has to call Dell support and spent hours on the phone. Eventually had to ship the laptop to Dell. Then Dell did not have the part in stock. So, waited almost 3 weeks to get the laptop back. Dell claims it is fixed now. However, I have only had the laptop a couple of days. Normally, Dell has good products. But, I am disappointed with this product.
