I was looking for a laptop to dual boot linux and windows. This one had all the specs I was looking for. I don't really use the tablet mode, but I guess it's nice to have. Haven't had any issues with the machine. Not doing any gaming, just Web and office stuff. Good price for the features.

At first I came in to best thinking I knew what I wanted but the the worker at best had shown me this computer and I just love it! I got a great deal on it, it was just what I was looking for. It's not too big or not too small, perfect for doing my assignments and taking it to class I would definitely recommend this to others!

I love this computer. With all the specs out there being about the same, what sets one 2-in-1 above the others. The keyboard layout. You have to love it, especially if you type fast. The dell is hands down the most comfortable and the quietest. Fast booting, easy 2-in-1 flip and windows 10 is great - easy transition as a user.

We bought this in late October 2016 to replace our 8 year old laptop (also a Dell that had done it's job with no major issues). We wanted a 2-in-1 that was lightweight yet powerful, and compared this against the Lenovo Yoga. (I was actually leaning slightly toward the Yoga, but bought the Dell instead because it was in stock at the nearby store and I needed a laptop that weekend for work (the Yoga I wanted had to be shipped)). Didn't seem like a big deal at the time, because the two were pretty comparable in specs and price. Here are the negatives that will likely make this the last Dell I ever buy - 1. Within the first month, the touch screen stopped working. After almost 90 minutes on the phone with Tech Support, they were unable to fix and told me I'd have to ship back to get the display replaced (they paid for everything so it was no cost out of pocket, but I was without a computer for about 10 days in December). No issues with the touchscreen since, but now I'm a little anxious waiting for something else to go wrong. 2.The sound also does not work as expected. Frequently when I plug headphones into the jack, they don't work (and it's not the headphones because they all work fine in my phone) and I end up wasting 20 minutes googling how to fix the issue or rebooting several times. 3.The speed and response time are disappointing. I spent a couple hundred more than I initially wanted to expecting the I5 processor to be noticeably faster than our previous 8 year old model, but it's not. Web browsers frequently freeze and stop responding. I feel like I wasted money getting the I5, when I could have gotten the older version with the I3 processor and saved $150. Positives? Well, the backlit keyboard is awesome. I thought typing on a laptop this small would be difficult, but the keys are perfectly spaced and have a great solid feel. The size of the laptop is great and the aluminum chassis has a very solid feel.

Has been less than a month since I've been using it but has been flawless so far. The only issue I have is with the power button and volume button. They are too wobbly - not a performance issue but just that it bothers you a bit. Otherwise, great boot up speed and definitely worth its price. The look is also amazing.

It is good laptop, the only issue is that sometimes when you pass your finger on the mouse pad it has an scratch sounds, I took back to the store and they told me that is usual. So I don't know if it is like that. But other than that the computer works really well.

Love this laptop ! It has no glitches , runs fast , and is the perfect size . I kind of associated Dell with the older generation but if you want to go with a PC ( my college does ) and use it to work with any business use you have to go PC! This was so reasonable and I don't think I will ever change brands now !

Decent battery life, pretty good number/types of ports, wifi//bluetooth acquires quickly - all good things. I don't really have a negative to speak of so far so take that for what it's worth. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a middle of the road laptop option. Got it on sale though - look for deals.
