My staff have only been back for a month, so while I have had the computer a while it's only been in use a month. However still significantly better than any of the 10 Lenovo yoga's I bought last year. 7 of ten had problems and Lenovo did nothing to fix the problems.

Purchased this a few months ago, have been having some technical difficulties with installing and using software and applications. These problems were resolved, but it took some time. The price was reasonable.

My son, who is a NC State freshman, loves the laptop. What was great about this experience was the service. The associate went out of her way to locate the laptop for me. The Raleigh store showed the laptop as out of stock. She found one in my hometown and my son was ready for Day1 of classes. Thanks!

I bought this a year ago. I went to plug the charging cord in and it would not stay. The charging port had recessed into the computer. I contacted Dell in the hopes they would fix this under the warranty. They talked me through opening the case. Where we found a small plastic bracket that holds the port in place had broken. They told me it was accidental damage. I could purchase a new case to repair it. They actually expected me to gut the laptop and put it in a new case. I never dropped my laptop. I guess Dell does not expect you to remove and insert the charging cord. Because if the bracket brakes under normal use. It is your fault. Not there bad design. I had to duct tape the charging cord to the case. DO NOT BUY.

This is the quietest and coolest Dell I've purchased. It runs smoothly and the SSD really makes a difference in the operation. About the only complaint so far is the lack of an Ethernet connection. It comes in handy if wifi is down.

I have had this a few months and so far so good! I haven't had any problems with it at all and it very easy to set up and get going quickly. I didn't need a ton of storage space for anything and just use it mainly to run a few programs through work. It has worked very well for everything I needed.

Opted for the solid-state drive to lessen chances of problems of moving parts. Nice computer, smaller than I'm used to but nice and light weight. Haven't used the touchscreen yet as I am not used to that on a computer. Will be nice to have, however.

I bought this laptop (with 6th generation cpu) for a friend, used and tested it for a couple of days. Overall I liked it a lot and barely could stop myself from buying another for me. The only thing I didn't love was that the display is a bit grainy when viewed at an angle (vertically).

Nothing extravagant it has the stuff I need for what I am using it for Photoshop CC/Lightroom 6 and Microsoft 365 & still has plenty of space it is quiet it is compact which I would have loved a bigger screen but it does what I need it to!

Bought this laptop for my daughter for school. She had the laptop for 15 days and it started locking up on her. She took it to the store and they fixed the problem. Within 2 days it was acting up again. They originally said that they were going to send back to manufacturer to fix. We had had the laptop for less than a month - they finally agreed to just give us a new laptop. Since that issue we have had no further issues. She said that all is working great and likes the size and weight of the laptop and the little extra features.

Computer size is perfect for carrying around campus. Great boot up time makes it great to take notes in class too. Only wish it had an ethernet port as directly wired Internet connection is far superior where spotty wi-fi service exists.

I have had this laptop for 1 month now... All the apps available are useful for my studies. I use it everyday. I am notified everyday when I receive an email. No bugs or glitches. Great large screen. Not to big/wide and not to small. Fits in my backpack just fine. Works great!

I bought this for my managers to use in my restaurants and it couldn't have worked out better! Plenty of power to perform the necessary functions at light speed for a great price. User friendly interface is perfect for multiple users.

This item was purchased for college, and it's very easy to use. It's great and versatile, perfect for someone who will be doing a lot of work outside and in the woods. It was a great purchase, and service was wonderful with guiding me to the perfect device to fit my needs.

Very quick boot up. Not fond of windows 10. No dvd . Solid state available for $25.00. Does not come with microsoft office. Sound is adequate. A little pricey. Decent graphics, nice to be able to use like a tablet with touchscreen.

I was disappointed when the first laptop was delayed, I could not wait for it to come in . I went to the store and the manager was great, he matched the price so I was able to get the dell laptop that was in stock. Best buy made a bad situation - good. Thank you.

The title pretty much sums it up. I purchased the Dell Inspiron 13 i5 8GB in 9/2016 time frame. It worked well for grad school. Then in 11/2017 it died. The end. (would have loved more life out of my purchase).

Was very impressed with the product the Best Buy representative suggested this computer when it was not what I was looking for- so I thought. Turns out it's a gray computer having a little difficulty checking in on guest hotspots but I'll figure it out

This computer is fantastic. It has just what I needed. I bought this computer to do my work on. I travel a lot for work and needed something lightweight, fast, powerful, easy to use and fits in the squishy airplane seats with me! Picked the right computer

I had issues connecting to wifi at home and the Dell customer service helped resolve it after about an hour on the phone. Otherwise, the laptop works fine.
