Good latop for every day uses and it has longer battery life.The only disappointment of this laptop is a little bit heavy.

Purchased this computer for my daughter for college. The associate walked us through all the options in our budget and recommended this one. My daughter loves it and feels it makes her college work easier than the old, slower laptop she used before.

Needed a computer for our son. This computer fit the bill. The processer is quick and runs Microsoft well. It's small and goes in the backpack easily. If you want to play high end games in addition to school work, this is not the computer to buy.

I have been using macbook from past 8 years and suddenly my macbook stopped working and i purchased this laptop suddenly. I think i made right choice. This may not be comparable to macbook pro but I must say it is a nice experience for a mac user.

I love the computer and I think the quirk is a windows 10 thing. I logged in without being online and it acted like I just opened the box. And now my windows pin doesn't work. Weird... but the computer is great - keyboard is so soft and smooth.

I have found this laptop to be just about perfect. It works great for presentations in tablet mode. I can take it to the pulpit and use it discreetly. It's just a bit heavy or I'd have given it 5 stars.

Quick boot-up, like facial recognition feature, operates well with my other office equipment. Do not like Windows 10 installed with this, as it does not include features I had on previous computer with W10.

I love this 2-in-1. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to transition from laptop to tablet mode. My only complaint is that sometimes the buttons (ie power) are not as responsive as I wish they were.

I bought this computer for my college daughter and the start menu would randomly, but consistently pop up while typing, a hardware issue with the touch pad. Best Buy was good enough to replace the unit with another. The very next week my daughter was saying she could no longer log into the computer, some issues with Windows 10 I believe. It was very disappointing to get 2 brand new computers and immediately have issues that made them impossible to use.

Bought this for my spouse and wanted a solid state machine. This was last years model and on sale. Salesperson commented not much changed on the newer model so I purchased it. It has worked very well and am pleased with this laptop.

Really love this laptop, I replaced the SSD with a 1TB M.2 SSD and also upgraded the DDR4 RAM - the laptop is now on steroids. It works way faster than many more expensive laptops that I have tried.

The laptop/tablet convertible is definately an asset for anyone that is wanting the ability to use at home or on the road. Large enough for home and general budget keeping, yet small enought to slip into a bag and take with you.

I bought this laptop for my daily use which isn't much. I have to prepare presentations so mainly I use Microsoft Offic and Netflix in my free time. :D It is perfect for my use. No complaints!

The touch screen feature is nice, but it behaves strangely. I got the laptop for grad school and use it very basically: using the internet, Microsoft office, email. However, there are times when it freezes, or things just won't open. Sometimes, it even acts like it has a mind of its own. People at the University IT department are even stumped by some of its behavior. It already lost one of my pieces of work. Fortunately not a difficult one to retype, but now I fear for when it is a full length paper and I click to save it, and it again freezes up.

I needed a PC for a college class and this one has worked well for my needs. The touchpad is a bit over sensitive, which is annoying at times. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

I had some issues ordering it online so I had to go pickup in the store. Thankfully they made it as quick as possible. It comes in a clean and compact box that I could pack into my suitcase directly as I had to fly with it.

This is a close PC knock off of the MacBook Pro, which my son has. Solid performance, easy portability and GREAT price at Best Buy. Appreciated the knowledge and patience of Eagan staff as I looked at all my options.

Just retired and looking for a basic portable/lightweight laptop. Received the nicest customer service at the Union City store. I was able to decide within a few minutes. Purchased and picked up at the store in 3 days.

It does not matter if you are trying to use it for your everyday laptop or if you are an IT professional like myself, this computer is everything you will need. It's a tablet and a laptop, what more can you ask for.

Bought this laptop for my wife. Was looking for just a good laptop, and the tablet features were just a bonus. We use that functionality quite a bit and it works as advertised.
