The Dell was purchased for a small office. It meets all the requirements as far as ram, memory, and screen size. I am highly satisfied with the laptop.

It's. Very good for..what I.need it for. I was alit I was a little disappointed that it had no fixture on side for disc.

I was expecting this laptop to he lightning fast but so far it loads pages like a glacier. It's not wifi, it's not malware so what is it? My 8 yr old HP laptop is quicker. I have read about Windows 10 having issues but had no idea that this laptop's performance would be so disappointing. Should have bought an Apple.

Very nice laptop. The solid state drive makes the computer quiet, load quickly and I don't have to worry about any mechanical issues. Piece of mind!

This is useful for one who wants to browse the web and minimal other tasks. Touchscreen is neat but never use it.

I purchased this Dell Inspiron i7368 laptop on a whim for a class usage when I saw it was on sale and was able to be used with the Best Buy College Student coupon code. Initially when I received the laptop, it was amazing at first, with the aluminium build quality which is lightweight, having a crisp 13.3" 1080p IPS HD Display, responsive touchscreen and touchpad, and the convenience of being both a laptop and a tablet. However, all of these pros of the laptop are unfortunately overshadowed by the horrible touchpad. The cursor would jump around the desktop without me even touching the touchpad of the laptop and would click on the corner of the desktop or exit tabs constantly. Luckily it did not exit Word 2016 or the test I was taking at the time. The issue did not appear until a day later after utilizing the laptop and it got progressively worse the next couple days. I tried every fix to the issue online, but no luck. Reinstalling Windows 10 did not fix the issue nor did reinstalling the drivers. The issue seems to stem from the touchpad hardware and I am not the only one with the issue it seems to be a common issue with the Dell Inspiron laptop line. Moreover, the aux port was also having problems, whenever sound is played from silent, a loud, ear-deafening pop would emit from the speakers and into my headphones I was using, and the port completely damaged the speaker drivers on my Sennheiser headphones, luckily I was not wearing the headphone at the time otherwise I would probably lose my hearing. Lowering the volume in the desktop did not remedy the popping noise, it was still as loud at 2%. Now I have to RMA my Sennheiser headphones because of this. Unfortunately, because of these issue, I had to return the laptop because a 2-week oId laptop should not have any issues at all, luckily I was within the 15-day return period. I would definitely not recommend this laptop due to the flaws with the touchpad and the aux port.

Staff was helpful in making a choice of laptop. Price was good and the computer works well for college student.

is good to learn on. it is also better because you can take it with you where ever you go. that way you will have it when ever you need it

I find this to be very easy to use. It is lightweight, has excellent features, a great picture and I like the feel of the keyboard.

Tried a Mac for 10 days and returned it for this Dell. Very happy I did. Does everything I wanted and much better features than the Mac.
