I bought this for my daughter. She loves it. It's light weight for her to carry every where on campus and when she travels back and forth. It's fast, the images are clear and just perfect.

I absolutely love this computer. It is fast, easy to use, light, and keeps a charge. As a nursing student the touch screen and tablet mode comes in hady while in the clinical setting.

I didn't need anything super powerful. Just something faster at playing Facebook games and a word processor. Works quickly and gets the job done! Touch screen is a nice added bonus.

I am not a power user or road warrior, but for my purposes this has been very serviceable. I didn't know if a touch screen was important, but I now find it very helpful to be able to quickly hit things like "submit", even when typing, so I wouldn't get another without a touch screen. I also didn't realize it has a back lit keyboard, but find that very useful. The solid state drive - not a lot of heat. It took me a while to figure out how to reverse the screen when folding it back to a tent for just viewing entertainment.. Not too big, not too small. For me, it was the right purchase.

This is a great easy to use laptop. I love the touch screen along with the keyboard. It is small, light weight and has a great battery life. Great Computer.

Bought for my wife. She loves it. The laptop has good battery life, really good keyboard. Very fast. Screen is sharp but a little dimmer than expected.

Bought this for my college student after his macbook pro gave up the ghost and got tired of the apple store run around. I bought the insurance because students are pretty hard on computers, carrying them around all the time. I bought this as an "open box" item at the store which made it a great deal, even after you add on the insurance. He says it works great, with good battery time. He would have liked more "gaming" capabilities, which is why I gave it only 4 out of 5 starts.

my new laptop I5 is great, light, fast and handy. I have another dell laptop I7 and you don't feel the difference between them. Great product!

I went in looking to get a Macbook Air. However, for less money this notebook has more features including touch screen and ability to work as a tablet. I believe the Mac also didn't have an SD card slot. Regardless, for quite a bit less money I felt I was getting more. The Dell has been great in the few months I've owned it with no problems. The solid state hard drive is wonderful with very quick boot ups. Back lit keyboard is also very nice. The batter life is really good but I do wish it was a bit longer. The touchpad also works very well.

Its rather faster than my previous Dell Inspiron. I really like the Keyboard, its touch screen and light weight.

Love the fact that it is a 2-in-1 device and the touch screen. It works for almost anything you would need it for and the sound is fantastic.

If you're in the market for a nice laptop that gets everything done, this is a great choice. Lightweight, touchscreen and uber fast.

After student discount, the price was unbeatable for the features on this laptop. Sufficient hard drive, more than enough memory and a sleek design with 2 in 1 capabilities perfect for taking notes. Very lightweight although it is tricky holding it as a tablet given its weight and lack of space to maintain a grip with one hand while utilizing the other for the tablet capabilities. Dont like that the power button is on the front right side panel where I commonly pick up my laptop but it has not been an issue yet.
