    After 2 years, the computer has gotten bogged down a lot and doesnt really work as fast as a 10 plus year desktop.

    Although in general I like this laptop I'm disappointed that I'm experiencing driver/display issues only two months into owning it and that for non computer nerds like myself I have to pay someone to take care of the problem. I would think a major player like DELL would have worked out issues related to Windows 10 since you have no option but to have Windows 10 as your operating system. Just disappointed .

    This tthing broke in 3 months and Dell refused to fix saying the screen was damaged due to drop and we didn't drop it looking at reviews hundreds of people have had the same issue with this laptop .never buy another Dell and best buy was no help eitherr

    I had to go through two of them within a month because of issues. It would work perfectly fine using the same outlet and one says it's plugged in, but not charging. Also claimed that the cable wasn't compatible and the touch screen randomly stopped working on the first one I had and it kept freezing up the only thing I had on both laptops was norton anti virus so there was no reason for it to freak out.

    This touch-screen laptop worked well for its purpose at first. However, a boot up malfunction occurs after less than a year with a BIOS indicating a boot up sequence is interrupted. NO solutions except to power it down and restart praying. This works more than half of the time. Stuck with this computer while can't rely on it.
