Crashed one month after purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One month after purchase, Clicked on windows update which crashed computer. Spoke to two separate managers who each told us it was our problem. Both refused to help unless we paid your company more money. Disappointed that BB does not stand behind its products.

Dissapointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop is very nice, I lovee the design and it worked very well for just personal use. However I was dissapointed because after almost 2 years only the display stopped working. I was told that it’s a common malfunction with this product. It is very expensive so not worth repairing.

First and last time that I buy dell
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's the first time that I buy a dell laptop, and its going to be the last too. I regret not buying a Toshiba or HP. Many issues. When you want to hear something and the computer is not plugged in, is really poor. When it does the updates, start to be like crazy and you have to reset to "try" to do something. I had to reset to the factory because the computer became like crazy. Now the touchscreen does not work (after 6 month) I have the drivers up to date, I did everything that i could to make it work and nothing happened. I don't know how many issues I am going to have with this computer, so I have to expend more money now to buy another because I don't trust any more this computer. The worst thing I have my best friend have the same computer and she has the same issues as me.

Screen died after a year and a half
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop thinking that Dell laptops were better than HP. It was great while it worked. After a year and a half, the face recognition slowly stopped working and now the screen has completely gone out. Water of $700.

Not happy with dell Inspiron 7000
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slow , hangs up - disppointing ! I was expecting lightning speed processing power and in a real upgrade from my former Inspiron , The ability to roll back from windows 10 wasn't very easy and the touchpad is tricky

Nice look but low quality in performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it when it came out and I found out it had static noise coming out of the speakers when playing music or video. Tried to return and bestbuy rejected me. Tried to get dell support and they could fix the problem. I suggest you try everything out the first week because Best Buy will do nothing to help you if the 14 days pass after you buy the computer. Worst experience every. Best Buy support sucks and their store teams.

Defective touchscreen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the laptop itself is very nice, one would accept that a 2 in 1 WOULD have a touch screen that works. After spending over 2 hrs with Dell support, I am returning this laptop. In addition, since Best Buy wouldn't help and I had to go to Dell, I ask myself why not order directly from the source next time. Sure I will pay more but very aggravating to receive so little help from Best Buy.

Awesome laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great laptop. As a computer modding enthusiast, I am very particular about my tech. I needed something mid grade that could handle multiple tasks with crisp application launch times and solid reliability. This laptop delivers and does so with some flare. First of all the build quality is top notch. The all brushed aluminum chassis makes this thing feel really premium. It is a pleasure to use at night due to the backlit keypad which has a soft and soothing white glow. The iris scanner is awesome. This is one of the only laptops out there that has this feature (called "Hello Windows" in Windows 10). Basically the laptop's camera scans your iris to log you in. At first I thought this would be like voice recognition when it first came out on cell phones. Wrong. It works flawlessly. Takes about 2 seconds and your signed in. Has worked every time for me without fail. Really loving this. At this price point you're also getting a beautiful IPS display unlike other laptops at this price point that will house a TN display. The SSD drive is super fast and handles multi tasking and launching applications with ease. 8GB of DDR4 memory clocked at a frequency of 2133mhz? Now that's just awesome. I like that this laptop is sporting new DDR4 memory vs a lot of the other laptops that are still running DDR3. Another great feature that you get with this laptop is USB type C. This is going to become the new standard and this port will prove useful when I purchase my galaxy note 7 in the near future. Lastly, I want to talk about the touch screen. I've never had a touch screen before and this thing is great. When watching videos or doing some shopping it's great to be able to fold the screen in a tablet form factor and just swipe up and down. Oh, and you won't be disappointed with the audio as well. That was a pleasant surprise. If youre looking for a laptop in this price segment, look no further.

The fan is very loud
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a student, I bought this lap top for study purposes. I have only started using this lap top for less than a month and installed only Microsoft office, chrome, google drive, and other everyday apps. However, every time, after about 15 minutes of normal use, the computer fan will start making very loud noises. It is bothersome to not only me but also people around me in the library.

Total garbage don't buy from Dell
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the computer to complete my MBA. Within one month I started having issues and by month 2 it will no longer boot up. Dell will not replace the product but rather sent me components and made me open the computer and perform the repair work myself. Unbelievable. I don't know what happened to dell but I will never buy from them again

Lemon!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase 2 of these laptops last Christmas. One was great and the other a lemon. Sadly, it has been to Geek Squad for 4 times and the last year and still no replacement by BB. Disappointing. Geek squad has been good, but ineffective. Just expected to get what I paid for.

Impressive Laptop, So So Tablet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dell has come a long ways these past few years. While back in the early 2000's they produced ok stuff, I never found any of their products to feel actually well made. I have owned Inspiron branded products before and while they always performed their tasks they always looked cheap and felt sub-par. I can say that this 2-n-1 screams Apple level premium style and performance. In fact I chose this over a Macbook Air due to more storage and a touch screen. The laptop has all the right sexy curves and feels solid yet lightweight in hands. While it can fold over as a "Tablet" mode, the truth is that its too big and heavy to truly be used this way. That's ok because I already have an iPad Mini 3 so I never intended to use this for Tablet anyways. The machine flies with the new I5 (I would argue the i7 version is overkill unless you are doing some heavy duty Lightroom and Photoshop. Windows 10 continues to get better and one of my favorite features is that this is Windows Hello ready which means once you set it up. the machine will look for your face to securely log you in bypassing having to type in credentials! It even worked well in low light situations. I am impressed with Dell once more. The last few years I have been an Asus or HP person but I think Dell has won me over once again.
