For the price its pretty hard to beat this machine. Runs smoothly and has touch screen as well.

I bought this for general use for my wife and I: checking email, watching movies, music, projects, etc. So far it's been great. It's fast, responsive, reliable. I'm not a fan of Windows 10 however it gives you the option to revert back to Windows 7. The audio is somewhat lacking however we mostly use headphones. With laptops, it's all about upgradability and reliability. Those are more of software issues but as far as the hardware of the laptop, it's great and meets our needs.

My wife uses this and she had a tablet with 2 gigs if ram but it was always having memory issues and performance with casual gaming. This one takes care of all those issues it has plenty ram and the hard drive is fast and helps give the performance edge you need in a computer today. The touch screen makes it a great replacement for a tablet with laptop performance. Screen is great video looks great. If you need a nice web surfer and like to play games this is a nice option.

I got this item as an open box purchase, so it was significantly cheaper than its retail price. This laptop did not come with Microsoft Word, but we are very happy with it for the money. It is perfect for my niece to use for high school school, easily connects to wifi printers, and processes quickly. Overall, we couldn't find a better price anywhere on a solid state hard drive laptop with this much memory anywhere, including big box stores like Costco and Sam's.

I purchase this 6 months ago and had to send it back to Dell twice. Dell service was awesome. The initial purchase was open box. First the web cam was inoperable and then the computer would not turn on. Other than that, the computer runs great. Great screen and the SSD and RAM make everything run smoothly.

Has met all of my daughters school and entertainment needs. The monitor had failed once and was replaced and repaired under the extended warranty we purchased from geek squad.

Wasn't sure I'd like a 2-in-1, but this thing is blazing fast. I can run Windows Defender scans, an Xbox game stream, and blast some music and the thing barely blinks. Not sure how long the hinge will hold out, but after months of use it seems sturdy enough (admittedly I don't switch between modes constantly). Bought this as part of the student special and during a sale, so a great PC for a third less of the price retail? Yes, please.

I really love my new small laptop. Works great. Very fast and love the touch screen. The only problem I find is the scrolling with the mousepad. It says to use two fingers to scroll. This just doesn't work well. It does not work well and I have resorted to using a small external mouse. My last laptop had a little area on the mousepad used to scroll. Worked much better!

I purchased this for daughter for her school. It is light weight and easy to carry because of its size. Overall it is very good laptop.

We went Best Buy looking for a laptop, but unsure exactly what we needed. My daughter found one she liked, but they were out of stock. The salesperson let us know that there was a newer version of the one she was interested in and that it was open product, but brand new. It was marked down and with the student discount we were able to get it at a great price! She has had the laptop for a few months now and loves it.

I am using this as a work computer primarily running Autocad and Office. I wanted something small and portable because when I am at my desk I use a separate keyboard, mouse and dual screen display. The laptop normally sits closed on the desk but I can easily disconnect it and take it with me when I want to. Love the speed with an I5 processor, 8gb of ram and a Solid State Drive. Great laptop at an excellent price.

I love this laptop. The battery life and ergonomics are great. The speed and light weight are perfect for me. The only problem is I bought this tablet for drawing and thought the dell smart pen would work with it. It turns out they only use the pen sensitive touch screen on older models. This was a big disappointment for someone like me who is into digital art.

The Mrs. wanted a 2 in 1 unit. The price of this unit was well into the area of money she saved to buy a computer. It is large enough to be considered a laptop and small enough to be used as a table. It is an I-5 6th gen with 8 gz of ram. A unit like this doesn't require a large HD so the small capacity SSD is overly adequate. I bought her a 1T external HD to store her movies, pictures and documents.

Easy to use. Compact. Switching the computer screen to a tablet is very convenient. Fast.

Lightweight, fast and quiet. The touchscreen is very responsive. It's a little heavy and clunky if you use it as a tablet. Battery life is great for me. I can stream stock quotes and CNBC video to an external monitor for about 6 hours. About 4 hours using the laptop screen at medium brightness. The only problems so far are software (Windows 10) related and not Dell's fault. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Purchased this as a gift for family to attend college. Never had much time to spend with the device, only a couple of days. For the price and the hardware it's hard to go wrong here, especially when on sale. The trackpad is ok and the screen is great. The small footprint also makes it very convenient. Recommended as a college laptop or possibly travel.

This laptop 2-in-1 is a must! I use it for my daily use and its amazing. Very fast too.
