I bought my laptop in July 2016. I have enjoyed using it ever since. I especially like the touchscreen ability. The only problem I have found at this point is the built-in mouse. It is overly sensitive to touch. I have had to cover it so when I am typing the cursor does not go all over the place. I bought a wireless mouse to use instead.

This is a good computer for the price paid. Computer has a nice design; it is very useful for students. Nevertheless, it can be used for business and it is also capable home computer. The battery is powerful and it has good autonomy. Touch pad is responsive and high quality. Backlighting is comfortable for the eyes and bright enough.

I bought this 2 in 1 to replace my old laptop which didn’t work well with windows 10. This Dell 2 in 1 is a joy to use. It is fast and easy to use. The touch screen works great, but is a little too big to use like a tablet. It works very well with windows 10. It doesn’t come with a DVD player, but and external player is available and inexpensive. I highly recommend this laptop

I use the product for both personal and business work. On the personal side, naught more than the usual internet searches, Netflix, etc. On the business side, my company uses a protected platform which I run a dozen websites and programs simultaneously. The touch screen and tablet capability are great for filling out client applications and doing electronic demonstrations.

Boots up quickly because of the solid state feature. This computer is light in weight and easy to carry around. The 2 in 1 feature which allows it to become a tablet is easy to use. Access to my wifi has been seamless. Since I am not a "gamer", this computer more than fit my needs. The price for this computer with the student discount was the lowest for a comparable system.

We bought this computer for our daughter, who is a sophomore. She is extremely happy with it and loves that she can detach it from the keyboard and use it like a iPad. It has many useful options on it and has been pretty easy to learn. She also loves that it has a stylus with it and she can write on the screen as well.

I am so glad I took the plunge on this laptop. The touch screen and solid state drive are incredible. Windows boots up in under 20 seconds from hitting the on/off switch. When in tablet mode it is like having a very large ipad but with all of the normal PC type things I need as well. Feels well built. No problems at all after a month and I would buy again in the future.

First pc purchase since my family went Apple a few years ago. I am so happy to be back on Windows! Love Windows 10 and this pc is great. Light enough to take with me just about anywhere and really enjoy the ability to turn into a tablet. I use this for work and home and have had no issues with speed or functionality. Just really happy with the purchase and the price.

I would like to tell others that this Dell laptop is one of the best laptops I have owned. Performance is excellent and screen is very bright with vivid colors. Case design feels solid and materials have a premium feel over others within the price range. Lightweight, yet seems very durable. Back-lit keyboard is great for doing work in darker rooms without causing a glare. I have owned many Dell products over the years and I must say that they have stepped up their game with this model. Would recommend to others!

This laptop is light and easy to use. As a student the only issue I have is when I am writing papers, the cursor will sometimes moves unexpectedly, which causes me to lose my space and write in the wrong spot. Love the touch screen feature.

The Dell is a great computer.for anyone who needs an all around computer tablet combo. I purchased this as replacement for having a laptop and a tablet. This has done work Dersingham for not having to lug around two different pieces of equipment or share files between them for editing. It boots fast, the hard drive is great, and it fits all my needs.

Speed was remarkable/able to have numerous www sites open at same time with no speed deficit/screen was crisp with no glare. Overall this unit was a great choice for someone looking for a mid size laptop. The problem I have is wanting all of the features located in this unit but wanting a 11" size.

Good computer for work and school. Light weight and fast

It's light and compact. Pretty fast and very user friendly.

I've been using this laptop for a couple of months and I haven't had problems with it. The performance is quite good, it's fast, runs cool and quiet unless you are pushing it too hard and even then it's not that bad. The touch screen is good, the speakers are decent, the battery is nice, definitely not the best, but is not the worst.
