i have had this laptop for almost 2 months now, and i am really enjoying it. ssd drive makes it very quick, touchscreen is nice coming from a non-touch screen laptop, and backlit keyboard is a nice touch. very portable and feels premium. battery life can be better, but that is really the only nitpick i have so far for this laptop.

This laptop is less costly than comparable models. I have a Lenovo Yoga and this laptop is quieter, just as fast, and performs comparable. Very fast boot up times, back lit keyboard and great features. If shopping for a laptop, consider this. I don't frequently give 5 stars but ths worked extremely well right out of the box.

Works great, speed in very good, filled all my computer needs. I feel I can depend on my Dell while at college. I Like the backlit keyboard for night use, without bothering my roommates. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a laptop. The size is perfect, not too large to carry around, but large enough for everyday use.

I bought this PC because it was a great price for it's processor and storage size. I love that it's versatile and touchscreen. There are only 2 things I would change on this laptop: 1) I wish it had a CD/DVD drive and 2) it has been going through a lot of updates from Windows recently. Other than that, it's a great laptop!

Computer has proven to be well worth the money so far and is a well built computer. Bought this for my children and they are typically a little rough with their stuff. Last laptop broke after 6 months due to weak hinges and poor design. Dell did a nice job with this and got it for a great price at best buy. Highly recommend!

This is my first Dell laptop and I'm really pleased. It's light and compact to fit in my backpack with all of my camera equipment so I can review photos while out in the field. The only thing that I don't care for, is that it came with Windows 10 but I'm slowly getting use to it.

speed ssd and processor especially after you optimize Windows 10 uninstall build-in apps; looks great and fairly light weight; the only problem that I run in to, so far; I've purchased Dell Dock DA200, which turned out to be incompatible with laptop due to the lack of thunderbolt; Overall very solid system for the price

I bought it for my niece to use in college. It has good specs and touch screen to boot which works great for her needs as she likes to use it as a tablet. Sound quality may be improved though but overall it was a good buy as I bought it on sale prior to Black Friday.

Bought this after comparing Lenovo Yoga and Asus with similar specs. Very happy with the build quality, looks and overall performance. Found it lighter than the other two brand similar laptops. Overall very happy with the purchase, will surely recommend to others.

We got this as a portable option for handling email, online shopping, and some Office applications for volunteer roles. It has enough speed and memory to perform as expected for those tasks. The facial recognition unlock has kept little fingers from introducing errors into partially complete projects.

I'm happy with this purchase. I was looking for a small laptop that would travel well and allow me to do work (or watch netflix) when away from home. This fit the bill. I don't use the touchscreen much, but it seems cool. An added bonus at least. Overall, solid, fast, and small. Would recommend.

I needed something that could be used as a laptop, so I could do some work at home. I also wanted something that I could used as a tablet for Netflix and Hulu. The iPad did not do that and the Surface was too much money. So far I really like this Dell.

I am very much enjoying my new laptop. The screen displays pictures nice and sharp. The touch screen feature is great. Like being able to use it as a tablet or laptop, just do wish the keyboard had better protection when folded back in tablet usage. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

I recently had my MacBook Pro start to slow down Way way way slow so I started looking at computers. When I found this Dell Inspiron I looked at the reviews and they were all pretty consistent on how good this computer was. Overall I am very happy with my purchase the only thing I don't like about the design of this laptop is that the power button is right on the edge of the right-hand side on the corner so every time I pick up my computer to move it I tend to hit that button. I also find it weird that whenever the computer is powering on it automatically turns on the backlit keyboard as opposed to you manually doing it whenever you want it to be on or off but you can turn it off afterwards. I really like that if you swipe up with three fingers it will show you all of your open apps because on my Mac I could do that so that was one thing I want to keep

    Great 2-in-1 with SSD

This 2-in-1 is so far functioning very well, meets my needs (for file and photo storage, internet browsing, and online streaming), and has almost all the features I really wanted in an upgrade from my old laptop. I purchased "open-box" and do not regret it for the significant cost savings. The best features are the 256G SSD (plenty for me), 8G RAM, i5 processor, size and weight (very portable), and backlighted keyboard. Battery life is good. Turns on right away. I'm happy with the touch responsiveness and I like to flip it around to use as a tablet, primarily to watch shows/movies on Netflix and Amazon. Finish looks nice and sleek. The only minor downside is getting used to the smaller keyboard (my old laptop was bigger with the expanded keyboard) but the trade-off is worth it. I just hope it holds up well over time...

Laptop is good, but the bloat ware what Dell install is bad because if you un-install MS-Office 2016 and install any other office product such as MS Office 2013 Pro it will mess up your touch screen, it will just stop functioning. So better be aware of that as you will have to reset the whole system to make the touch screen work. Other than than it is ok product, speed is good as well.

On my second month with this laptop, so far, I have been very pleased with it. Very quick with the ssd drive, and very portable to have around. Touch screen and backlit keyboards are nice since I didn't have these from my previous laptop. Also feels very premium to the touch.

There is a Lot to this laptop. I know most of it is just me and the learning curve I am going through to figure it out. Overall it is a good laptop for the price. Lightweight, portable and definitely has more to it then I really need.
