I bought this to replace my bulky 17.3 inch laptop. The color clarity of the screen is great and battery life is everything I could've wanted regardless of how slim the laptop is. The SSD allows for quick start ups and easy multitasking.

I bought this laptop for school, and it hasn't disappointed me yet! It feels very sturdy and runs fast, I don't really use it in tablet mode, but when I do switch it over it feels very nice.

My daughter wanted a 2-in-1 laptop to replace her old one for Christmas. We found this one had everything we were looking for - it has been an excellent machine! My husband is now planning to get the same unit for himself.

Bought this product for law school. Worked great for about a year, and now, almost one year to the day, it only works when it is plugged in. Really defeats the purpose of a lap top when you have to keep it plugged in at all times.

Got this as a substitute from carrying a much heavier laptop to and from class. Perfect, with plenty of speed and a great touch screen. The first one did not work out if the box, but they replaced it with no questions asked.

I bought this laptop to supplement my desktop, and to take to the library or other research facilities. So far it's a mystery. My desktop is Windows 7 and works great, and I've been to hesitant to move to Windows 10. Everything seems to be hidden, and you have to just guess where stuff is located. I don't want to put my documents on the cloud, just want to keep it on my own computer. The keyboard seems to be extra sensitive and thus does things I don't expect, like using backspace when I don't touch it, and adding extra letters. In other words, the computer is wonderful, but Windows 10 is a problem. However, I refuse to give up and I will figure out how to use it.

It was an open box laptop. Looks brand new. There are no issues. Reached on time and was well packed. Laptop hangs sometime but otherwise its all good. It is extremely light weight so need to be careful with it.

For the price, this is a great solid state drive laptop. I bought for school. We also have an HP which is great, but at a heftier price tag. It's been a year since I purchased and would buy this one again.

I bought this computer while looking for a 2 in 1 that was affordable; I wanted something that had an i5 processor and at least 8GB of RAM. This laptop fit the bill. It's fast, reliable, and I am enjoying using it.

Bought this for my daughter for college and she loves it. We did have to return the first one as the space bar stopped working. Hopefully, the second one continues to perform well.

We looked as several computers for our son to take to college. The Dell was very reasonable in price relative to the processor speed and available memory compared to other brands.

Lightweight performer, no issues at all so far. Purchased for university graduate studies, didn't want to carry a heavyweight laptop but still wanted something with speed and the Dell name. This worked perfectly!

I bought this laptop for my son. I am very happy with the performance and best of all my son loves it. I think this is a great laptop for high school kids as it gives the pleasure of a laptop as well as a tablet.

This laptop is slim and isn't very heavy so I don't mind walking around with it for long periods of time. It turns on very fast, little to no wait on opening or downloading files, and great for watching videos.

this computer is very fast, and can breeze through several word docs and 20 open tabs in Chrome without a sweat. The SSD makes it super silent, and even the fan is very quiet.

I'm using this computer for college. I have online classes; I have to watch videos, use complicated websites, and use word and PowerPoint, etc. It runs very fast, downloads easily, and is a great size/weight.

This is a great upgrade from my last computer. It took some getting used to windows 10, but now I'm good. Love the touch screen and the flexibility of it... Would definitely recommend buying this computer .

Brought this laptop for my brother since he was starting his freshman yr at college, and he loves it! Its super sleek and light enough to carry around. Fast and the price was perfect for what we recieved

I really like this laptop is very light and thin, the only thing I didn't like and I think is needs improvement is the touch pad. but other than that is a good machine.
