After about a year and a half battery was reporting poor and needed replacement, Dell had no batteries to sell and told us we were out of luck. Also the fan was running almost all the time but was not reporting it was overheating. It was also frequently locking up hard and needed to force power down. The track pad on this was always pretty lame too, so touchscreen was helpful.

Can do just about everything for a good price. Only complaints I have are the relatively low battery life and the trackpad doesnt feel as responsive as some other laptops that I’ve used.

So far it has done everything I wanted it to been very happy with Clarity on the screen and the operating programs pretty quick little machine I'm used to a desktop but this seems to be doing the trick when traveling

Product is great looking and works great. light weight and ultra portable product. Overall good product for the price. battery life can be improved.

This laptop is working out great for my son who is working on a digital design college degree to work with his design software plus is small enough to fit in his backpack with his other books and folders.

Light, compact, very fast. Just a nice piece of hardware. Only Con is the finger print login quit working with a windows update. I had to google how to fix it once I researched the problem.

I was looking at the Lenova Yoga, but the dell was a better value. Fast for office work with multitasking and battery is good.

Nice size, good speed, love the touch screen. the computer is heavier than it looks. Con: Touch screen holds finger prints. looks dirty all the time. The laptop is hard to open

I love the touch of the keyboard. The power cord is old style with a round plug and comes in in 2 parts, and I'm not sure why it wouldn't be updated on this model. Pretty good otherwise.

I love my computer, however, I only found one USB port :( I use a wireless mouse so every time I have to get something, or add something to my flash drive, I have to disconnect the wireless mouse... :(

My son and I did a lot of research and decided on this brand and model. He really enjoys the laptop and ease of use. We hope it will last a long time for him as he starts his college years and beyond.

Purchased the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 13.3" Touch-Screen Laptop and I am very pleased with it. I can use it as a laptop or connect it to an existing monitor, or use it as a tablet. Very happy with this product!

I got his laptop for my wife's PhD school work. She just loved the machine. 256GB SSD, 8GB RAM and i5 processor, this is a complete package for the price. I like best-buy for putting this on sale at $719.

Love the battery life and the slim design. Very portable with its smaller size and very versatile with being 2 in 1 design with touchscreen. Very good choice and great price if your a student.

If you're not looking to spend a ton of money on a laptop this laptop is the perfect one for you! A decent price with great storage in comparison to it's Mac counterparts

Purchased the computer for work on planes and in the office while traveling. There's plenty of power and good battery life. And it is lightweight and packs well in a small carry on bag.

Lightweight and snappy, this is the right size and features for a college laptop. It has a great price and the SSD is ideal for something that is going to be lugged in a backpack constantly.

Sure, not the fastest chip and the flashiest extras, but I didn't have to pay for them and I'm not missing any feature I need this laptop for. Very happy for the sale price I paid.
