Great laptop, it’s quick, lightweight and is a powerhouse for everyday users. Purchasing it open box was a no brained. 5/7 would buy again.

Excellent for price, size, and keyboard raised makes it a bit easier to use. Also keyboard lights up. touch screen and becomes a tablet.

It replaced a Lenovo that from the beginning was: slow loading, short battery life causing major frustration. This Dell is the opposite. Backlit for the keyboard, fast loading, lasting battery 4 hrs (for the settings I have). Support from Dell. This is my travel laptop, perfect size and weight for my needs. I admit I have the larger version I use at home and very happy with both. Electronics are based on personal needs, what works for me may not work for others. If you need a laptop and are on the move, this one is for you.

I had a Dell computer before and was not happy with it, so I was reluctant to try another. So far, this computer has been reliable. It is taking some time to get used to the smaller format, and I probably won't get another small computer again. I miss the key pad on the right side of the computer! What I do like about this Dell is that it appears to be made well -- much better than my last computer -- an HP. Hopefully it will last longer than 3 years!!

This laptop is great for me to take on the go. I love the touch screen. My 8 yr old daughter can do her homework on it easier with the touch screen.

I love this laptop. It’s small and lightweight and with solid state drive it’s very fast to boot up.

The Dell Inspiron convertible was a great deal and easy to configure for my kids to use for college. Performs well and with the additional support for use as a tablet with ink and the use of a pen this is fun to use and even sketch with. No problems with over 30 days of use. We were even able to do a factory reset and reimage and start over our configuration / set with relative ease. The only can is the 256G SSD being smaller than I would have liked...but that performed well too.

Our Dell is perfect for our home needs and beyond. The unit is small and lightweight. We love the touchscreen capabilities as well.

Like the size, fairly easy to use. Compact, portable, light weight. The only thing I miss is the CD/disc ability.

So light and great to carry to work! Very fast, however if you leave it for a while it takes a while to turn the screen on again.

I was so excited to have this laptop, since it satisfied almost everything I wanted UNTIL it started having issues with the fingerprint. I called dell and even went to the store to fix it but it wouldnt work. So i exchanged it for another and it is doing the same thing. The problem comes down to Windows Hello. If anyone knows a solution to this, please let me know.

This Dell laptop beats any Apple MacBook. With a touchscreen and fast processor you won't regret the purchase.

I got this for my daughter who is starting college this fall. She loves it. Great in multi tasking, lots of space and fast.

My wife wanted a smaller computer and this fits the bill. It is fast and has great memory.
