Great laptop. Light and fast. Only problem is that the battery life is short. 4 - 6 hours.

My daughter needed a light notebook for a trip to Cambodia. They recommend NOT bringing a MAC. The Inspiron 15s we have are too heavy for a long trip. This one was a huge surprise. It is easily the best notebook I've ever used. I'm pretty tight with the $$. I'm sure the expensive NBs have been fast like this one, but now there is speed on an affordable NB. The wi-fi is super fast too. 2x as fast as other notebooks. I guess the antenna is tuned up to with with the i5 gen 8.

I liked very much this laptop. The touch screen is perfect, easy to take with me. Really good definition.

I bought this laptop for my daughter after her Macintosh started to show signs of wearing down. My daughter is an IT professional so a lot of the specs she asked the Best Buy sales person for and about were over my head and I did not understand. My daughter selected this model as the best value for features of everything the store had. She has subsequently said that she is extremely pleased with the laptop and the service we got at the store

I wanted a mid range laptop to use word for school and excel for managing my budget. I also wanted to be able to watch videos on it and do some photo editing. I really like this laptop and it handles those tasks just fine. I like the weight and size of this laptop too.

The BBY team were helpful and knew the assortment well. I had a strong idea of the range (features/specs and price) and the options reviewed were kept within that metric. Wasn't intending to get a printer, so kudos to your team member for asking about it. The Dell laptop is exactly as expected although I do experience issues with WiFi periodically. The printer, I use sparingly, but seems to be okay.

I spent a lot of time looking for a light 2-1 laptop that still had a powerful processor and would not break the bank. This Dell Inspiron is just what I was looking for. The 8th Gen i5 processor provides the power and still has a long battery life. I do wish that the laptop had a full size SD card reader and more USB ports, but overall I have well pleased with this laptop.
