After 2 week of use the lcd start flickering and after a month the flickering increased. Had to get intouch with Dell customer service and now have to ship it to them they will take about 10 business day. And for some reason I couldn’t browse internet using chrome even after I reset the PC.

Poweful, fast, and looks great and feels awesome (nice backlit keyboard). The only rub, sometimes the fans are loud, but who care when you're listening to kickass audio on the external or internal speakers. I'm a happy camper!

Only gets like 2 and half too 3 hours and it says the battery has perfect health. It could just be mine, but if you get it you might have to get a power bank for it or find a way to get a better battery.

Posted .Barrett, Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your computer's battery life was not what you hoped it would be. We'd recommend the following tips to help extend the life of your computer's battery: Change the Power Plan:
1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
2. On the options list, click Power Options.
3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.
a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
b) If running Cortana then type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.
c) Turn Battery Saver On or Off.
d) Additional settings available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.
e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage.
f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize further Battery Saver feature.

The size and weight are convenient to carry on the road and in the air. Works well keeping up with email and news when away from home. Also good for backing up and editing photos. Disappointed that it doesn't have a full size SD photo card slot but it has two USB slots I use with adapters.

IT has been great for her. She can put it in a backback, its light weight, and has plenty of horsepower and space. I got a great deal on it. She loves the finger print access but says everyone once in awhile it does not recognize a finger there so she just logs in. .

It can be a bit noisy and the fingerprint sensor is a bit off but other than that it functions well. Its a little bit heavier than I anticpated but also quite sturdy so I guess that's a tradeoff Im willing to live with.

The laptop is small and lightweight and it's fast. I may need to take it back to the store because the battery life is not up to 8 hours, I find myself charging it several times a day and it takes a long time to charge.
