Awesome computer for our business.....Easy to use.

This computer, even though its smaller than some, has great features and functions great. The fact that it becomes a tablet or computer, whichever you need, is an added bonus to only having to buy one. Charge lasts a pretty long while and you can customize it as needed.

I bought a Lenovo which I love and think is a tick better but it wasn’t on sale. First appearances are well made and ok but Dell has disappointed me in the last few years compared to Lenovo and Samsung. That said I would still recommend this one until something happens.

This is a well designed solid laptop. The price is competitive with other similar laptops. I have had good experiences with Dell laptops in the past. It feels substantial and performance is good. It has not been in use that long, but it has worked well and served my son's college needs to date.

Solid computer for the price. We purchased 3 of these units for our now remote workers. Everything worked great out of the box and will consider purchasing more in the future! The solid feel of the unit is one of the factors that made me purchase this laptop.

I like this laptop because its high speed, enough memory for college students, light weight and easy to carry. I like the way it locks the keyboard when you turn it into a tablet and the screen definition is great also to watch movies or just type up a paper.

It boots up fast, I use it mostly for live sound applications. Battery life is good Only issues I have is the fingerprint reader is touchy sometimes it takes a little bit for it to read your finger. It also can get pretty warm in the laptop configuration.

Bought these for my 14 and 15 year old daughters. They wanted MacBooks but they weren't in our price point. These laptops were a great answer, they have been very pleased. Our 11 year old son even used them to play fortnite. All in all we are very pleased.

I was looking For a Christmas present for my daughter; since she is in her second year of high school this seemed to be a perfect fit. I call it the windows version of the mackbook. Great value, fast for mid to low tasks, very well built and it is a 2 in 1. Very satisfied with this product.

I was in search of a light, 2-in-1 computer that would be light, versatile, powerful enough for my needs (web browsing and multi-tasking various office-oriented programs), with good battery life and screen resolution, at a reasonable price. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Just right for my needs. I use a laptop primarily for email, internet searches, and word processing. I still think it's pretty bad that a computer doesn't come with Word or a similar word processing program pre-loaded, but this has been the way of the world for years.

I had my laptop a total of 3 weeks exactly when the screen went out. I sent it back to the manufacturer to fix the screen; when it was sent back to me after the "repair" other things were defective. The mouse pad was not working, the screen was leaking light from the edges, the fingerprint scanner was not working, and the audio sounded muffled. All of those things were in perfect condition prior to me sending it back and when I got it back all that was messed up. After I sent it back again, they told me they had no parts so I was going to have to wait longer for my repair then, someone called me and stated that they didn't know when they were going to have more parts to they were going to send me a refurbished laptop, I refused and he said he could send me a new laptop if I sent proof of date of purchase. I sent them everything they needed and then I got an email that they were able to fix my original laptop and it was on it's way, so I called the manufacturer and I got sent to 8 different extensions and no one could help me. On top of that, they said there is no documentation about anyone stating I was going to receive a new laptop. Eventhough I have emails to prove someone did offer that to me, they are saying on their end there are no notes of that conversation. And when you call it's always to India or the Philippines and you can hardly understand what they're saying and you get NOWHERE with them. All they do is transfer to the next representative. I purchased my laptop Aug 29 and it is now Oct 15 and I've had my laptop a total of 3 weeks. This is beyond ridiculous. I will never purchase a Dell ever again and don't recomend anyone to purchase a Dell ever.

I bought this for my wife to replace her laptop that was having problems. This is my first Dell and so far am happy with it. The SSD drive and 8GB ram mean quick bootup time and generally crisp responsiveness. We got it on sale at Best Buy so I am really happy with the value.

We bought this computer for my daughter for her freshman year in high school. She has several advanced classes and this computer has been great. I love that it has a metal exterior which is more durable since it is in and out of her backpack multiple times a day.

So far the Smart TV is great. I am pleased with the sale price and the product. The Geek Squad did a great job of setting it up, explaining how to use it and took my old TV without any problems. So far I am very happy. They were on time and communicated well.

Needed a laptop to replace one that was stolen and this fit the bill nicely. Needed something light but powerful that could be used anywhere in the home. I trust Dell hardware and this device did not disappoint.

Computer seems to be doing fine, we didn't have any issues installing windows however there is a sporadic speaker problem that makes it sound like the speakers are blown but after a restart they work fine. Hopefully it resolves itself soon.

This laptop works great for college students. I have started using this laptop to take notes for my college courses. It has a nice amount of storage on it and it is very easy to operate. I use a Microsoft Pen with this, and it works amazing!

Bought this laptop because the ad said that the memory was expandable. Os and laptop run fine, can run games with no issues. When i talked to dell support they also stated it was expandable. However when I opened this laptop, the ram was welded / integrated with the motherboard. The only expandable slot is for a SSD drive So buy if you are going to use it for occasional or just School work. My job requires multiple software's needing to be run and I believe this laptop's bigger model does have the expandable ram slot. Just wish they would be accurate with the information.

I use my 2-in-1 for class. Sometimes using the mouse is a little bit of a hassle, as the whole mousepad is one smooth square with no physical indicator of right or left buttons, but other than that I have no complaints.
