I have made two trips to the Geek Squad because of a Microsoft issue but now it is working really well. I really appreciate the support you have whenever you purchase technology at Best Buy. I will never shop anywhere else for things like this.

Computer was purchased as a graduation gift. It’s been their go to for everything, from school to leisure. Great for all programs. Fast processor and good amount of storage. Very clear display

It works really well, it stays cool, and haven't had any problems. I just think compared to like the lenovo yoga or any other laptop around this price has a lot better body. This one looks like it's from the budget wall.

She has told me that she is having a few issues with it that the IT techs at her collage are unable to remedy so we will be checking in with Best Buy when she comes home. The service we received in store was great!

Battery life is pretty good I have been using it for about 6 hours in between charges. Heats up pretty quick if placed on surfaces with cloth like a bed or sofa

I have a PC, but wanted a small laptop, so I wouldn't have to run back and forth to use the PC. I've never had a laptop, so I have nothing to compare it too. But, I do love it. It's small (like I wanted) and does everything it need it too.

PC works well, powers up fast. It doesn't have an SD card to load pics from the camera, and only 1 USB slot. It auto saves files to OneDrive which makes it challenging for older users to locate files.

Very good laptop for the job in the field or customer visits. Boots quickly. I would recommend this for anyone on a low budget. The only bad thing about the device is only has one USB port. Only reason no 5 stars.

Lap is good but screen is too small especially in bottom side. On the other hand key board is black which doesn't mach with laptop color. It could be silver or grey exactly sama as laptop color.

I was looking for a laptop to buy my sister for college since she needed one for her freshman year. After looking at different models, I decided on this one. So far, she hasn’t had any issues and it’s been great for her.

It’s a good laptop with 13” screen, smooth design with silver color. It’s so light weight easily fits my backpack and added to top it has finger print to unlock and I like this feature. I would recommend this

We got this as a family laptop and it has all the speed and storage we need for that function. Love the screen that bends around. If you want some big gaming rig then this is not it, but for everyday life this one's a winner.

I purchased this for my son. He loves the size and 2 in 1 feature. Very good choice for those on the go that need something lightweight and able to be packed into a backpack. He is impressed with the capabilities.

There's nothing not to love about this laptop. The resolution is on point and the camera quality is top notch.The more I use it, the more I discover lots of potentials embedded in it. A good buy if I must say.

A lot of the reviews said the battery life was bad but so far it's pretty good. Wish the keyboard was a little wider and it had designated up and down buttons but its pretty user friendly.

I will say this is Dell’s best A very good replacement for my MacBook Pro which just went off. The only problem is the screen goes blank anytime it’s not in use but it can be restarted. Awesome

Bought this computer for my wife. She is very happy with it. Much better quality than hp 2 in 1, where the hinge broke and cracked the screen with it a month after the 1 year warranty ran out.

After reviewing many laptops from different brands, this laptop exceeded my expectations. Dell has made this laptop affordable with all the goodies needed to create professional projects. I highly recommend this laptop!

GREAT For the first 6 months: then it crapped the bed. Dead battery in like 30 minutes, screen coming out of seam. And overheating without the thing on. The fan system is very poor. Ive had it for two years now and have just powered through with it. I will be getting the new xps 17 very soon.

I bought this laptop for school. I haven’t really used it much for that purpose because I am in school vacation but so far it is doing its job. I guess I will find out if it is good for my accounting class by next week
