When I got the computer, it said, Microsoft is not installed, on the bottom of the computer. Looking at box said " it did". I contacted Best Buy they fixed the problem.

This laptop is great and my son loves it It’s very versatile in the different ways you can use the laptop. This was a bday present for my son who will be starting f high school in the fall.

It’s light (and not heavy like other laptops), easy to carry and the quality is good!. I used it to watch Netflix and for some online classes, and it worked so well!.

The Dell 2 in 1 13.3 inch screen is just what my kid needs for college. It’s ease of use and portability makes it for school use highly effective.

This is my second laptop with solid state drive, and this one takes a little longer to start up than my older one. Otherwise works as it should.

I paid less than the half because it was open box, but it's an amazing laptop looks like brand new and the brand is good t. I haven't had any problem with it.

The laptop is overall great, it's feature to bend back all the way does not give me any problems whatsoever. Highly recommended for someone who's looking.

I love that this device can switch between different settings. The 2 in 1 feature makes it easy to switch from typing to watching a film or reading a book on Amazon kindle.

Got this for my son who plans on using it now through college years starting next year. Perfect laptop for school and the features like Ssd drive were great for the money.

I'm very happy with my new laptop and the fact that it also functions as a tablet. Staff was very helpful and getting me set up on the new one. I would definitely recommend it.

I wish this laptop would have worked out. I got it during student deals and it seemed like a great laptop for the deal. The only issue with this laptop was the fan. It was extremely loud. So loud that it could be heard across the room. Other than that it worked fine. However I could not get the fan to quiet down and I could not deal with the noise. I returned the laptop.

I recently came in for a laptop for my daughter. I found a couple and was able to have someone with knowledge help me select the best fit. My daughter loves it, she won't put it down.
