    Our last Dell Latitude has persisted for 6+ years so no doubt I wanted another Dell laptop. Great disappointment unfortunately followed. Issue 1: We purchased this lightweight Dell 13.3" 2 in 1 and quickly found out the internet only ran slowly on this machine but ran at frantically fast pace on our other devices. My techy neighbor found a pre-installed program called "Smart ___" that we discovered on Forums for slow internet on Dell laptops. Once that was uninstalled the machine internet flew. Issue 2: Huge fluctuations in internet speed on a rapid fire basis diagnosed, again by tech neighbor, as a network card issue. By this time I ran back to my store to get a refund and purchase a 39.9 inch Lenovo which we are thrilled with.
