I was shopping for just a basic home use laptop on sale. This open box Dell had a lot of memory and the speed I was seeking. To top it off this laptop has the flip feature to use as a tablet. All at a great price. Even the minor scratches indicated were very minimum and not easily spotted. Very pleased with the service and the product knowledge from department employees

I am totally enjoying my new Dell laptop. It is a perfect size and weight, with a screen big enough for me to easily see while being manageable to use as a tablet. The keypad touch is good and allows me to type with the speed I like. I also like the touchscreen capability. I’m still learning all the features but am really happy with this purchase so far!

Dell is a brand name you can always trust. This laptop is lightweight, functional and converts to a tablet for even more ease in use. The setup was quite easy to follow. Downloading the MS Office suite from the Best Buy portal was also easy to accomplish. I really like the battery life and how easily the laptop fits into my purse for using on the go.

Alright, this laptop comes with a good enough configuration to get your daily tasks done. I’ve just bought it, so will keep the review updated as I find out more. Pros: - Looks: Not super thin, but sleek enough to flaunt around, pretty solid and aptly finished metallic body - Config: i5 8th Gen, boosts upto around 3ish gig hertz & good cache memory - most of your programs run quick and smooth, of course the 8 gigs of ram & the SSD helps it too - Screen: Pretty newt, Full HD, almost comparable to InfinityEdge displays by Dell, those come on their XPS Cons: Speakers could have been louder Only one USB port (it’s okay to live with it considering the size of the laptop) Heats up a little when you run high process/memory consuming programs (not like an oven though), also heats up when you charge it

This is for my home use and it exceeds the expectations. The aluminum case is strong and rich looking, 8th gen i5, DDR4 , and ssd give the laptop a great performance. For day to day uses it is comparable to my work laptop with 8th gen, i7, ssd, and 32 gb of DDR4. I recommended it to my friend who bought a same model in 15.6 size.

My girlfriend needed a laptop and this one delievered. It's not overly bulky , can be converted into a tablet with a touch screen the only downside I've come across was the ssd is SMALL but this can easily be amended with external storage. She's not a gamer but this thing is great for office work.

I have really enjoyed using this computer over the past month. The keyboard is super sleek and easy to use. The touchscreen is easily compatible when switching from a smartphone or tablet and I love the computer can actually be converted to a tablet itself! Great battery life and the speed is such an upgrade from what I was using before!
